Review 1：All staff were excellent and helpful. Our room was nice, warm and quiet. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Our grandchildren joined us one morning they loved the pancakes. Will definitely be returning next year.

Review 2：During my stay, fun fair just on the main marketplace, which my window faced. So it was not easy find some rest. The single room is very! small. The hotel stuff tried to be helpful but did not know much about surrounding places & shops. Wanted to send a parcel to Germany. 2 out of 3 employees did not know how and where

Review 7：Room was smaller than I thought it would be. It felt like I was on a tiny boat. Breakfast staff refused to make me an espresso coffee because they were too busy. Come on.

Review 10：The attitude of the female receptionist who handled out booking. She made us feel most unwelcome and was not openly discourteous, but as near as possible to that demeanour. We walked past her many times during our 3 nights at the hotel and never once did she offer an acknowledgement, smile or friendly greeting. Our room was distant and impossible to reach without having to negotiate stairs with significant luggage. The breakfast was just average.

Review 14：The city was hit by a heatwave and the temperature hit 32 degrees. The lack of aircondition made it a very hot night. Opening the windows, let in a lot the noise that naturally follows the central location of the hotel.

Review 116：Poor service at the breakfast: The tables where not wiped when the dishes from the previous guests where taken away. The hard boiled eggs where overcooked and green. The soft boiled eggs where undercooked and had runny white. The staff where slow to replenish the buffet and keep it in order.
