Review 1：This was the nastiest hotel ever. The rooms we're not clean, dusty, smelled like smoke cigarette ashes behind the bed. Couch was very worn basically sitting on wood. Moved the couch and there was a dirty pair of panties under it. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Review 14：The bed spread was very dirty, hall ways very dirty, drains not working, standing in ankle deep water when showering, breakfast a joke. very dis-satisfied for paying $363.09 for two nights. I have never paid this much in the mountains and never experienced such a bad place. The phone didn't work and two chairs was the only furniture in the room. I will never stay at this place again, and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a disaster trip. The pictures on line don't reflect the actual room. I have never stayed in a place this bad. Rooms across the hall didn't even have door handles. The heat could not be controlled, either to hot or to cold. The elevator made you wonder if it would make another trip up or down, very dirty and worn. If I could have found another place to stay, I would have moved. Reception personal not warm, friendly, and receiving.

Review 16：I liked the location it was close to everything. The rates were good. But the place as a whole needes a good deep cleaning, there was thick dust everywhere. There was mold in the bath room. The halls looked like they never got cleaned. Even the parking garage was full of clutter such as old TVs. The bed was really hard but the pillows way too soft so we woke up with stiff necks and backs . There was no info about the hotel in the room, no Channel guide for the tv. We tried to call to the desk several times and never got an answer. It was OK for just a place to lay your head but that is about all.

Review 22：Was there 3 days. Never cleaned room . Had to call to get towels and toilet paper and never brought them . Had to go and get it myself. Cigarette butts and ashes were dropped all over our vehicle from the rooms above. Hallway was nasty. Room was not real clean . Fridge did not work properly but when complained were told there wasn't maintenance staff there. We were there for our honeymoon so to say we're were disappointed is an understatement.

Review 24：The first room we was assigned had not been cleaned. We were upgraded but without a remote control. Even when we got the remote it wasn't programmed to cable and it was after 11pm. We returned to the room approximately 10:30. our smoke alarm wasn't connected and laying on the coat rack. The jacuzzi was dripping and water stains on the mirror surrounding it. There was mold on the top of the shower curtain. Management would only apologize, which I accept, but felt they weren't concerned since I was checking out. I honestly can't recommend without changes!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I'm sure had I mentioned it it would have gotten cleaned better durinv the stay, would definelty stay again.

The bed linens were gross, and the doors are so old they barely lock with the large old-fashioned key. I would never recommend staying here. It was so disgusting that we refused to even touch the breakfast. Worst hotel I have ever been to. We left after the first day.

Sunny D not orange JUICE, coffee or decaf tea. No microwave but there was a toaster of sorts. The maid never serviced our room either.

But that he would look at it. when we came back to the room at 7 pm it still would not work. My husband went back to the office and the girl said the maintenance man had already left and she don't know what to do. My husbancd suggested new batteries for the remote. It worked. Also, was never enough wash clothes in the room and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed, New linens?

Review 63：This place needs renovation. Our door could not lock, the wallpaper pealing, the hot tub that the special room featured the hot faucet could not budge to turn on. Carpets in the hallways are filthy. A very tired building. If it wasn't for lack of alternative accommodation we would have got back in the car and moved on.

We were dissatisfied there was only a dinette set to sit on in the room, no coffee pot, the bed was very low and hard with 3 tiny pillows. We also were not impressed with the stale donuts and the milk was put in a carafe and someone had spilled cereal in the carafe so needless to say not much milk was used. We could hear every time someone used water next to us (so annoying that we had to turn the volume up on tv).

Review 69：It was our honeymoon trip and we looked online and this place doesnt look anywhere as nice in person as it did in the pictures and we had a 7 hour road trip just to get there. The parking garage has no lights. No cameras. The ceiling tiles has water damage in the room and halls which could mean mold. The house keeper whent into our room whil we were out even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door nothing was stolen but she did take the towels out and didnt replace them so we were not able to shower the last night we were there and all we got from the desk about it was well i see that she whent in but idk why. The elevator sounds like its about to fall apart.

Review 72：The outside of the hotel grounds needs to be cleaned. the hallways are very dirty. The elevator is nasty. Sheets need to be replaced. The parking underneath the top floor is dark, and gloomy. After you check in you have to see a sales person for your parking pass. They are trying to sell tickets, and show you condo's. You can not get your parking pass from the hotel clerk at all. You have to see the other person. Cheap Shot! After driving all day, no one wants to be put through this. The breakfast is not your typical continental breakfast.

Review 89：The whole stay was a bit like staying over with your friend's weirdgrandparents. The room was out dated and had a hole in the wall wheresomeone had clearly slammed the door hard enough to break the plasterstraight through. The wallpaper was hanging off the wall in one cornerand there was something like mold or stains behind it...?! Prettyunattractive and unsettling. The bed was clear of bedbugs but wedidn't feel too comforted by the sheets which had clearly beenbleached out in many areas. We stripped the bed and used our own sheetsand pillows. Breakfast was actually comical. Weak coffee and Raisin Branor tap water and a stale donut? Decisions, decisions.

Review 95：Was not one of my greatest hotel stays. Overpriced for what you get. Motel is old and dated which makes it seem even more dirty. Make sure your cell phone is always charged. No clock or phone in the room. We booked what we thought was a nice quiet weekend for two and got to hear a couple of kids crying and screaming in the room next to us. Did not get to sleep in either as we woke up the next morning to the person in the room on the other side of us running water for the shower. Got up to go to the breakfast area and there was not enough food. Room was packed and food was already picked over. The rest of the staff was very unfriendly and they even leave you an envelope for housekeeping tips which seemed a bit over the the top for an old, outdated motel. Biggest disappointment was that that not once but twice -- someone tried to unlock the door and come as we were unpacking. Did not feel safe after that incident.

Review 96：Relatively quiet place to stay. Seems like they were almost at full capacity with the parking lots being full. Other guests staying there were very friendly. Person at the front desk was nice but forget about the rest of the staff -- not friendly at all.

Fire alarm went off causing everyone to leave only to be told to go back nothing was wrong.

Review 111：They went in my room when we had do not disturb.ask for extra blanket they had none at front desk said they would get one I got it the night before we left. the shower curtain had mold on it I had to ask them to change it. the tub was dripping really bad they did fix 2 days after we were there. then we had only luck warm shower.ask for clean towels they said they were busy and had none on the 2nd night there. put don not disturb again and that evening came back and all our personal stuff was up on the beds we went to office and ask what happen they said the carpet cleaners were there and they could only do them on a certain day. yet there were alot of rooms empty they said nothing to us before hand nor offered us another rooms. there was dust an inch thick on lamp... dont even care about that but I do feel my money that paid them wasnt used for us to have a good stay.

Review 112：Rust, water stains, badly worn carpet. Breakfast was skimpy and even this was not kept stocked. Empty juice, empty coffee. But the worst part was the parking. Only a few spots in the main level parking. More parking available belie, but it was so steep that if your car sat low to the ground it would hit.

Review 124：The hotel itself is not updated at all, parking garage is from 1970s,scrubbed the bottom of car from it front to back (15) foot drop toenter. Had to travel around the hotel to enter parking garage looks asif it's out of the 70s also, very dirty with piping and whatappeared to be a remodel of the garage that was never finished. Hallssmelt like lemon, upon checking in not all rooms have (2) keys had tofind a room that did due to the doors are so old they still take steelkeys, balcony dead lock spent work, also mold in bathroom from roomupstairs. Ac unit does not work properly as it still one the early 90sand room is sorta wet feeling. No Refunds allowed at all for any reason,pool was ok basic 1980 concrete pool, hot tub full of algae not working.Only reason I give this hotel (1) star is due to the fact it's goodfor a group of teenage girls which we didn't arrive back to the roomtil 4am average length stay in room 5 hours.

Review 132：1st impression-elevator was nasty and had an odor-fingerprints & dust. Halls were dirty-needed vacuuming but didn't get vacuumed the three days we were there. First room had bedbugs. second had not been cleaned (floor had debris on it and bed had been layed on) but we were desperate (we changed rooms in the middle of the night) the second room was not vacuumed the three days we were there. The bathtub was dirty but could have been cleaned with a little elbow grease. We purchased flipflops to wear in the shower.
