Review 1：The hotel is 10 mins walk from Craiova railway station. The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of power points and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. I would use again

Review 3：I liked the staff services, they changed my room with the VIP one just to satisfy my needs, because it was an unpleasant smell in the room I booked. The breakfast was incredible, many options to choose from, extremely diversified

Review 4：They are using led bulbs with bluish white light all over the building, including in the bathrooms and rooms and the sensation for me is very unpleasant. The flushing at the toilet must be done several time in order to wash the solid thing away. The breakfast is very poor, almost nothing to choose from and low price products (as they entertain as being 4* hotel). In other words, probably is the perfect place to organise oltenian weddings but not to stay there.

Review 6：The room was too hot. We wanted to sleep with open window, but that was too noisy because of the traffic. With closed window is was too hot, but the AC did not work

Review 14：This is a very modern hotel, and we were told it only opened last November. Everything is very new and spotlessly clean. The rooms are beautifully furnished, and there were bathrobes and slippers provided as well as all the facilites you would normally expect of a hotel of this standard. We were not able to use the restaurant as it was reserved for a very upmarket wedding ebing held on the night we stayed. We were offered room service but chose to go into town instead. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of cereals, fruit juice, breads, meats, cheeses and salads. The member of staff who showed us to our rooms was very helpful, in spite of being very busy with the wedding.

Wifi could be better but as each room has a cable I can't complain.

The fact that they did renovation works during breakfast - they stopped only we asked them a second time. Small bed, small bathroom. Very poor and bad breakfast. The price is very high for the hotel's overall experience.

Review 64：The wifi could benefit from a higher speed in order to make it easier to use devices inside the hotel. The bedding in the rooms could be improved little by following: Providing more comfortable pillows and comfier cover (bed duvet). The current ones are kind of small, and pillows need more filling inside.

Review 65：The hotel is almost brand new with room furniture is updated and modern. The staff was beyond nice and professional ! They are always smiling, sweet, sincere, friendly and polite! I would like to send (very special) thanks to Valentin in front desk for his great care and well professional attitude he has provided. He is a great addition to this hotel ! I recommend management to keep and promote him when a better opportunity comes! You are an amazing person "my friend" !! :) Food in this hotel is great! Very delicious and well thought out !! I would surely stay in this hotel again !
