Review 12：The staff was extremely kind. They even joked as we came and went. The bellmen were wonderful. "Mrs. Santa" who served cookies at night was sweet. Bobby Sexton, guest check-in, was helpful and kind. The omelets were incredible!

Review 13：We always come here for our Anniversary, Dec. 11. We like the location, the Christmas theme. We like everything about the Inn at Christmas Place. We love it.

Review 14：We requested a rollaway bed for two nights. It was provided on the first night but when we changed rooms on the second day it was not placed in the room upon transfer. When asked about the bed, we were told it would be placed in the room later that afternoon. When we returned to the hotel that night, it was not there and we were told they did not have one for us. The staff searched and after 11:15 pm brought an old mattress to our room. I appreciated the staff's efforts, but was not happy that the bed was not provided as promised and my disabled grandson had to sleep on the floor.

Review 15：The decorations were very beautiful and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent and we loved the waffles and omelet bar. The room we had on the first night was lovely with a balcony facing the courtyard and was worth the price. The one we were moved to on the second night (on the first floor) was dark and a bit of a disappointment.

The housekeeper even put chocolate kisses by my granddaughter stuffies when she cleaned our room while we were out sight seeing. Just one of the many little things that makes this place so special.

I just wish I could afford to stay here more often, when we come, we stay somewhere a little more affordable, then stay a night here, but it is always so worth it, even though I only get a night here and there, totally my dream come true!! Review 39：It's worth it but the price is a bit high. For a younger couple such as us staying there for our entire 5 day 4 night vacation would've been too much, which is why we stayed there only one night.

Review 46：I found the staff at the front door were not as helpful as I would have expected. When we checked in, there was 1 bell hop standing at the inside door and made us open the outside door and he pushed a button to open the inside door to let us in. Seemed as though he could have helped with both doors. There were 2 men maning the outside doors at night ??? Made no sense. Also, we saw the scarecrows laying down mid morning and I asked if that was normal - he didn't know. My concern was vandalism it didn't seem to concern him. I asked about the trolley schedule - he didn't know. He didn't direct us to the front desk or even say they run every 15 to 20 minutes. I wasn't impressed by those people and they are the first representatives you see. Also, the Christmas tree in our room 433 appeared to need replacement.

Review 62：first the room had ants in it, housekeeping was all full. He came banging at the door at 9:00 and then just started to walk on in with my mother and daughter still in the bad. asked if he had bother us and if we were still sleeping I said yes, and he acted like he got mad and walked out. The next day when the room was "cleaned" the pillows and blankets were on the floor when we got back, still had dirty glasses no new ones. trash was still on the floor and counter tops.

The Christmas decorations are beautiful, daily activities for the children were terrific, nightly entertainment (to include one evening with Singing Santa) was VERY good, Christmas Cookies served fresh every evening...how can anyone resist? Add to that, two, 24 hour pools and a hot tub, and an astonishing array of choices for breakfast each morning. This IS the best family hotel ever.

Review 69：Fun concept, right in the middle of Pigeon Forge, friendly staff. The kids loved the pool and water slide. Concerts with different bands every evening with either a Christmas theme or bluegrass. Some of these were quite good.

Review 70：I di not care for Pigeon Forge in general. The town is an over-commercialized tourist sinkhole. The hotel located in almost any other location would have much more appeal. However since it is nestled within campy dinner theaters, innumerable pancake houses and endless mini-golf courses it loses points.

Review 105：The service was excellent. Dwight the customer service concierge was so friendly and helpful. He was a gem and a great representative of the whole staff. He allowed us to see what a mini suite contained to which we upgraded. The breakfast served was beyond anything found in a hotel. I can't say enough good things aboutt this place except that we look forward to our return. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pigeon Forge!

Review 106：Cookies every evening.we were celebrating our 4th anniversary when we arrived the desk clerk wished us a happy anniversary. Also when we got to our room there was a Christmas ornament with happy anniversary on it

Enjoyed the outdoor pool and water slide! Very clean inside and out. Wish we lived closer to visit more often. The Christmas Place store across the street was fun to shop in. Also nice to have Starbucks, ice cream and food so close by. Lots to do here.
