Review 1：The shower base was a bit odd, nearly fell over but then that's my fault for not using the sticky mat!

Review 2：Have been here twice. Stayed here the first time after a white water rafting trip and reception gave us a free upgrade to a spa room (very welcomed after the wet adventure). We went back just recently after cycling the rail trail from Yea and really appreciated the large room (queen bed and single) for two people and bikes. Lovely outlook from the window to the garden. Nice location just on the edge of the township but well within walking distance to the pub. Will stay here if visiting again.

Review 3：The check in time was 1pm. I called to check if our room was ready and was informed the check in time was 2pm as our room was still being cleaned. The bed was like a board, the front door was broken and the shower was difficult to use.

Review 5：Spacious room, inclusion of a toaster an excellent working refrigerator. Nice sized bathroom. I've paid a lot more for a room that isn't as good as this motel. Only thing the carpet a little stained and tired looking

Review 20：It was freezing and although there was heating, it was not turned on for my arrival, but the windows were open allowing a snow blast from the mountains in and the room took over an hour to warm up.

Review 21：The cost of accommodation was outrageously excessive. Bed and pillows were hard and sub standard. Room was very, very, basic. We could have stayed in 5 star in Melb central for less than the cost of this very ordinary little motel.

Review 24：The carpet was badly stained, there were exposed wires into the electric blanket control, there was mould in the shower, could hear the people in the next room (including them throwing up and swearing), there were buckets outside the room catching water from the heaters/airconditioners, the heater rattled all night......

Review 30：It was a pleasant stay. We booked 3 rooms and stayed for one night . Clean rooms . Convenient and hot water was great. If you are travelling to mr Buller and looking for accomadation for one night on your way back to melbourne , this is a good option ..!!

Review 31：The room as quite cold. The manager instructed me to "turn on the heater and if it was still cold then turn on the electric blanket". Perhaps it may have been better for the manager to have turned the heater on prior to my arrival at 7pm. Also, the heating (air conditioner) as so noisy that it made it very difficult to sleep, especially when the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows so thin that they provided little support.

Review 32：Towel rail in bathroom loose and shower head loose and lacking in direction control when on. Was not very good. The mattress was not comfortable and sagged towards edge.I found myself nearly falling out during the night !

Review 34：The hosts will take any opportunity to get money out of you. I was in Mansfield for a charity fun run and I asked if I could extend check out by one hour so I could shower after the run. For this I was charged $20. I guess the charitable spirit only ran so far. And don't even think of using the mini bar!!!

Review 36：We stayed in Mansfield for one night after completing the Rail Trail from Yea. This comfortable motel is well situated on the main road five minutes walk from the centre. Check-in took all of 30 seconds and the staff were very helpful regarding where to eat and where to find the best coffee in Mansfield. We had been given a free upgrade and our room was large, clean and very comfortable with all the mod-cons: air con, TV, fridge and a good shower. Next time, we’ll stay here again due to good service and very good value.

Review 37：A noisy air con compressor unit outside the neighboring room could be heard inside our room in the evenings. Luckly we managed to fall asleep without any major hassles. I do believe that was the only noisy air con unit and it may have been fixed since.

Review 39：I booked and paid with booking.com using my AMEX only to arrive and they said they hadn't charged my card and couldn't charge unless I had it on me. I had to end up paying with another card which I didn't want to use. Very unhappy with the motel.

Review 46：Overall the accomodation is located at one end of Mansfield meaning it was a bit of a walk to get anywhere. (We did not have a car and were happy to walk!) This was only a small issue for us.

It wasn't meant maybe for parents with young children if I had known I would not have booked it, very dissatisfied and it was very loud and could not sleep all night also the price for low season was very high.
