Review 1：In room "Hot Tub" for two did not have much power to give it a hot tub feel. Felt more like a regular bath.

Review 2：Clean. Rooms had a nice layout.

Review 3：this past time noise was a issue in the bathroom , sounding like a fan constantly running.

Review 5：The decor was very dated, and there was no refrigerator in the room. If we wanted one we would have to pay another $10 a night. Also there was no lounge for those of us who were staying more than one night.

Review 7：When we called and complained about the party that started up at 3:30 am.in the room next to us, the front desk said they would call their room. We could hear every word and every pound on their door all night but never heard their room phone ring. So we just put up with the constant noise until about 6:00 am. No sleep for us. Next time I would insist on a new room far away from the party people.

The included breakfast wasn't bad but I was shocked that they practically run you out of the breakfast area at 10:00am we came down at 9:50 and they shut off the tv in the room and put the chairs on the tables around us while we ate our food. We weren't the only people to have shocked looks on our faces.

Review 22：John at the front desk was amazing! Problem with the dooor key card...even though he was busy, he immediately got two new cards made. Low on coffee...gets a new pot right then. We had a question how to get somewhere, he not only tells us how, along with suggestions on where else to go, he calls Keith who drives us there in the Bayshore van! Service here is second to none! Pool, hot tub and room were spotless!

Review 23：Breakfasts were good. The room was great . The staff sent us on great places to eat and great places too see. Even though it was cool out it was great the hotel was on the beach. My wife and I had a great time at this hotel.

Review 24：I had medical issue and had to spend nite in hospital. Staff went extra mile to extend our reservations for same room plus gave us the booking.com rate. Wife loved the extra sink. Nicest hotel on our trip for the money. Did not use any of the facilities or the beach area but they looked nice.

Review 27：The carpet in the public area a bit worn. The smell when you first walked in the lobby doors was musty. The spa tub was cracked on the bottom. The balcony needed to be powerwashed. Mold on the railings and the screen was broken.

Review 36：When the air was running it was loud with a shaky noise. There was also some rattling noise coming from the wall near the table between the beds. A lot of free breakfast items to choose from but not the most flavorful.

Review 38：We booked last minute so our ground floor room had a view of a dirt lot with construction vehicles and an old boat. No outside pool.

Review 39：It is great location in town. great beach access and plenty of outside tables and chairs right on the beach. Boat rentals just outside the beach side of the hotel. Great breakfast, although the dining room was very crowded, had to wait for a table to vacate, so go early. They have a nice indoor pool which is right off the lobby area.

Review 43：Sits right on the bay, but you can't see it from the lobby,pool, or most of the rooms. Bedding and wallpaper dating back to the 70's and 80's.

Review 44：My husband and I travelled to the area on motorcycle. When we arrived it has been raining, and we were allowed to park up front under cover for the bike to dry out. That was very much appreciated!

Review 45：Our room was at the front of the building and overlooked the pool roof. Rooms at the back of the building had a view of the bay and were more expensive, so it's a choice. All guests have access to the beach from the lowest level of the building. Except for breakfast, we had to drive to find food. The distance to downtown is walkable if you are a good walker. We were in the area to see the sights, so all in all, this was a good choice for us.

Review 46：I was traveling alone, there were very few guests at the hotel I was put on the Beach level through double doors, down too long hallways to the end of the hall. It was creepy. Poor management to put a woman alone there when hotel is FAR from full.

Review 47：They market the fireplace on their site, however, they don't use it during the spring and summer months to save on gas. We would like to see them have room service.

Review 49：A man knocked on our door, and entered with a key when I didn't get to the door fast enough and asked if he could power wash the balcony. I told him no. What if I wasn't there and came back to my room to find him there? Not cool.

Review 53：Was slightly disappointed that the room did not come with a coffee maker or refrigerator. I should have read the amenities list more closely. Thankfully I'd brought instant coffee and a microwave was available down the hall to heat water for that first cup of coffee in the morning. We happened to bring a small cooler which I would recommend if you want to keep snacks or drinks cool during your stay.

Review 54：Loved the location...walking distance to town, overlooked beautiful West Bay...Loved large, open foyer, large pool...Hot and Cold breakfast items were delicious...We were always greeted by staff upon our return to the hotel...Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Too bad we weren't staying in warmer weather, the beach would be awesome place to spend day.

Review 60：Balcony sliding door had broken lock (wood dowel for security--on 3rd floor, so maybe no issue?) Keyed deadbolt between rooms--certainly a security risk since lock is exposed to the neighboring room. As a single traveler, I notice these things.
