Review 1：We were charged one price when we reserved the rooms and the price was dropped considerably the last day, but we weren't given that price.

Review 2：Big , comfortable, clean, friendly staff, housekeeping friendly and helpful.

Review 3：two queen beds in room with only one chair the room needed a table and chairs, it had the room for it

Review 4：the staff was great and the place was kept very clean. it was close to every thing we wanted to see.

Review 5：We have 3 young kids, and the king room with a "full sofa sleeper" and kitchenette was what I booked. I knew it would be tight but with the sofa plus a roll-away bed we figured we could easily make it work. Unfortunately the "full" sofa sleeper was actually a twin. Our youngest ended up sleeping on the roll-away because it sagged considerably when the oldest child tried to sleep on it. And the middle child had to sleep on the floor, so it was a good thing we brought an extra sleeping bag. So, the king room with the kitchen is really a 4 person max room instead of a 5, no matter the age of the kids. Bring your own towels - they are in short supply as well as the fact that the ones provided were super thin and basically just moved the water around. And as other reviewers noted it's best to bring your own pillows too.

Review 6：Great location and easy to get to, especially if you take Wears Valley Rd into Pigeon Forge. The kids loved the pool, and I loved the kitchen. The staff was super friendly and helpful even though the hotel was booked and they were super busy. Several restaurants within walking distance, and golf and go-carts are a short drive away. Trolley nearby as well.

The building is old and in need of up-grade, carpets are dirty and dingy, faucet in the tub leaked big time and the whole place seemed to be in dis-repair. We were hoping that staying somewhere other than a "chain" would be a great experience but I'm afraid not.

Review 38：Had to walk a really long way to find ice machine on our floor. During our last stay with my daughter and my grandchildren the room directly above us had a party all night long!! Even came onto their balcony directly above ours and partied. This kept my youngest grandchild (16 mon.) awake almost all night long.

Review 42：We had two five year olds with us. One of them had a meltdown at 9pm. We got a call from the front desk telling us it is quiet time and we needed to control our child. I feel it could have been handled differently considering it wasn't young people partying it was a child crying.

Review 43：The facilities seemed nice enough on the surface, The halls were stagnant and uncomfortably warm. Speaking of the halls, the carpet was way beyond worn and should have probably been replaced two years ago. The sheets on the bed were not even tucked over the corners, they were just laid in the proper position, the fitted sheet was completely off the mattress in the morning. When I pulled the mattress out a bit to tuck the sheet over the mattress corners, I found a couple of items, a pen cap, some strands of hair and loose change.

Review 44：The staff were excellent, Jenna at the front went above and beyond to help us into another room that better suited our needs. Josh assisted us when settling into our room, and when I unfortunately locked myself out almost immediately. All staff were friendly, polite and accommodated all requests immediately. kudos to the employees who assisted us during our stay.

Review 45：We were in a room with a kitchen, very few knives & forks they had loose handles, no condiments and cooking ware. Bathroom towels were very thin, check the towels at a Holiday Inn Express.

Review 51：Way over priced we paid over $200 a nite and when we were leaving they were advertising $79 a nite...huge difference(we should not have waited til last min). Also the tv had issues. Half the channels didn't work and the other half were fuzzy or blurry. One or two could you actually watch and not feel like ur eyes were crossing.

Review 52：Good location, Clean, we had a king with jacuzzi very nice. We had a room on the backside of the hotel. You could only see another hotel and mostly trees. Felt like we were up on the mountain some where, very quiet. We left the door open when the room become too hot made it very nice. Tho we were close to the vending machines so at times that traffic got loud. The hotel had a nice pool and awesome slide wish we'd had the kids with us they would have loved it!

Review 53：The pool area needed cleaned, the stairs to the slide had alot of mold and algea build up. We found numerous roaches in the bathroom. Had to throw out the food we brought with us, because roaches got in them from the kitchen. Received several dirty towels with hair or make up on them. Doesnt offer breakfast, the resturant offered discount for staying but cost us $50 for breakfast is ridiculious for 2 adults and 3 small children.

Review 54：It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was nice, helpful in giving directions of places. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. The room was spacious with everything you would need.

Pleasantly surprised that the walls were decently padded so we couldn't hear a ton of outside noise. The room was a bit pricey. We spent $447 for 2 nights and they offer no breakfast only coffee in downstairs lobbey. Overall great location and would recommend and possibly stay again.

Review 57：No breakfast of any kind(hot or cold) offered inside hotel. Small coffee cups at the complimentary coffee. Beds were uncomfortable but tolerable, need 4 pillars each bed.

After checking, my family and I could have stayed at other, newer hotels in the area for the same price we paid here. Plus breakfast was offered at the others. This was way overpriced. They would not hold our luggage so that we would not have to pay another day after previously telling us we could. We have vacationed in Gatlinburg three years straight. We will NOT be back here.

When I called the front desk they sent someone up to clean but we requested a different room. They moved us promptly but discovered the coffee pot had not been cleaned! When we were getting ready to leave.. I spoke with the lady about what had happened during our stay& she just acted like she didn't want to talk about. She never offered us anything to even attempt to make our lagitament complaint of their unclean room &bathroom right. If you have a customer that comes into your facility & you& your staff dropped the ball... You at least ask how can you can correct your mistakes so that you will come back again& refer others to come & stay with us!

Review 130：The hotel is conveniently located on main strip . Our son loved the indoor pool with slide and they also have smaller pool with spray thing for smaller kids and outdoor pools. Room was comfortable, staff was very nice.
