Review 6：Everything, the owner even supplied toys for kids to use and made sure that everything is ready for our stay. The location is fantastic with plenty of safe car parking and the inside of the unit is exceptionally decorated
Review 7：The door to the balcony was locked (not sure if this is standard) so we were unable to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the views & fresh air.
Review 8：Location (walking distance to front beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, bottle shop, kids playground), comforts (air conditioning, foxtel, plush bedding, luxury bathrooms), security, small touches (music on arrival, instructions around the remotes, restaurant suggestions), decor, size (large apartment!) and views.
Review 9：The only negative was the tight parking. The price was also a bit harsh considering there were no hotel facilities you usually get at this level.
Review 10：Loved the whole layout of the apartment and the styling was simply breathtaking. The most stunning bathroom I've seen in a very long while. Especially with the first few days being let down by rain, we didn't feel like we missed out as just staying indoors with the stunning views to the ocean and the open plan living, really did add to a relaxing experience regardless of whether we got to spend as much time as we would've liked down on the beach. Totally recommend to anyone from a family to groups (as in 2 couples). Very private with bedrooms and facilities at either side of the apartment. We all didn't want to leave!

Review 12：This was a spacious and well appointed unit with all the modern conviences. The bathroom onsuite with a beautiful bath was fantastic. The location was handy to Sorrento and being opposite the beach was great too. I think it would be even better in the summer

Review 35：Very beautiful decor. Well equipped kitchenette. Open spaces for kids to play. Well thought out amenities such as toys for young children, DVDs for adults, etc. Great views and close proximity to all available amenities at Rye.

Review 37：Could not find instruction manuals for the washing machine/dryer, also the exhaust fan in the kitchen did not work, either that or we did not know how to operate it. Also did not know how to operate Foxtel. Would like more instructions on how to fully utilize the facilities, but other than that great accommodation!
Review 38：The decor was just amazing, and the facilities were also outstanding. Great location, easy to check-in as it was contactless and just required a PIN number that was emailed to us. Would most definitely stay there again!
Review 39：Very poor building quality. As its at the road it should have double glazed windows. It's also built on shops and they have noisy fridges. I would recommend to change windows. You would get 5 stars reviews!

Review 41：Didn't like that I it didn't have a water view, as the photo showed on their website. I had a view of the carpark Didn't like that the address on the website which is the water side, is actually incorrect. The building is on this street, but the entry and carpark is in a back lane way. The owner sent the actual access address a few days before I arrived. There was no direct access to the main street and the water. As I travelled by myself, I found this inconvenient to have to go through a chemist or newsagent or otherwise walk around down the lane way at night. No full height ironing board.
