Review 1：Furniture is out dated. The floor in the bathroom shower was unstable when stepping on it. Breakfast was cold (but to be fair this was towards the end of the time during which breakfast was served). While the hotel was not bad and our stay was pleasant, we just don't think this qualifies as a 4 star hotel.

Review 2：Location was very convenient as it was close to the old city center (walking 5-10 min, taxi 3 min). Room was very clean. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Review 3：On the bad side, I have more things to say. As someone said before in another review, dogs were a nightmare. My room was placed in front of a small park where there were a lot of dogs; of course they were not barking all the time, but it was stressful to hear them several times per day. I would strongly recommend you dial the hotel if you're planning to stay the weekend to know if there is any party at the hotel; there was one in both nights I stayed... Definitely bring your earplugs with you if you wanna sleep! And the last thing I'm going to add is the parking spots; there are like three spots in front of the hotel where you can safely park your car. Otherwise, you have to find your own spot and carry your luggage.

Review 4：I stayed for two days at the hotel during a business trip; my staying wasn't the best(I'll explain in the next section why) but overall it was acceptable. To start with the positive things, the room was very clean, though quite small even for one person. Bed was confortable, there was an armchair and a small table, TV, mini-fridge, etc. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful.

Review 5：Con: Don't stay in here in the weekend because their restaurant is opened for events and that will mean loud music for the hotel guests. It happened to us both on Friday and Saturday (and the one on Saturday lasted until 2 AM). The restaurant is not sound proofed. Or ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor (our was at the first floor).

Review 10：somebody has "forgotten" his toothpicks and cap of his pen on the floor next to the bed;no shaver outlet in the bathroom;no lamp socket for the 2 lamps next to the bed;unbearable smell of the airco - could not use it and it was quite warm in the night; was woke up at 03:45 to move my car in the parking place!!!...could not asleep again;at payment for sure it was not used the official exchange rate - so before you pay please ask what exchange rate do they use...

Review 14：I was in Craiova RO for one day on a business trip as I work with an international company. I was staying in a normal size room which was listed within the hotel guide. The room overlooked a quiet street, was clean and made me feel very comfortable overall. The staff members were very polite and helpful and the check in procedure was quick and simple. Breakfast menu was divers and the food quality was very good. Would I stay there again if I would have to come back to Craiova? Definitely.

Review 15：Had a hard time time sleeping partly because of really bad heart burn. Went to the front desk (the phone didn't call the desk) asked if there was anyway I could get milk or heart burn tablets. Rather than go to the kitchen and look he just told me it was. closed and there were no stores that sold it either. *After finally falling asleep for an hour work uncontrollably itchy. (I have photos of bumps and rash) evrey area that touched the sheets was. itching and covered. with big bites or hives. Left the hotel asap. Still waiting to see about a refund.

Review 16：The music from the wedding could be heard on all floors.

Review 22：Maybe "I did not like" is too strong for this hotel, as everything was quite ok. However, there are few sugestions the owner/ management can apply to make the stay more pleasant: - the hotel staff could smile more and be more helpful - the exchange rate should be updated at least weekly (I paid at 4.5 ron/ euro, vs. the official 4.39) - few breakfast items (juice, bread) should be ugraded to be as good as the majority

Review 23：- adequate hotel accomodation, good furniture, room finishing - quite central location, close to down town and Romanescu Park (walking distance) - very good, rich choice buffet breakfast - even though the hotel does not have enough parking space, there is a lot of safe space on the nearby streets

Review 44：Hotel facilities are good overall, but there are things unfinished, such as Penn, but there's power point aspect is very high above the mirrors in the room which did not allow its connection to electricity. We see a very significant drawback was the subject of smoking in the dining room, but this is a problem in Romania.

Review 45：The hotel is a great place, the staff gave very good service, there is an elevator in the hotel. Large dining room, We've added dinner, the price was reasonable and the food was good. In summary a good hotel and we were satisfied.

Review 48：There was no crew in ther hotel because of the east...so nobody come toclean our room and nobody make us breakfast for 2 days. But it waspayed...we wake up at sunday at east and we did not found any coffeplace in craiova and nobady from the hotel make us coffee...it was verybad choice and the crew it was very uncapable and not friendy at all...

Review 49：- no proper clothes hanger, only such ones you get from the dry cleaning - curtain for the bath hub, including its extending system was horible. After extending it it remains a very small space, so you cannot turn without touching this awful plasic curtain. - shower head has a fix, not adjustable place on the wall. - low quality mattresses - pretty low hygiene level.
