Review 1：Location and room size, we got economy room so we had to share a bathroom down in the hall. That was not a problem, the toilet in our room, if you are not slim, you won't be able to move inside.

Review 4：The Swan is cosy hostel conveniently located on a quiet island a 15min walk away from the Old Town and 30min from the train station. There are two small beaches close by, both with lovely views out to the sea and Oland Island in the distance. We found the hostel's facilities up to the standard. The breakfast was excellent, especially eaten out on the patio by the canal :)
Review 5：Can't find from main road. Need to enter by minor road. Room a little too cramp.
Review 6：Quite helpful reception staff during check-in. Personal toilet and bathroom at reasonable price (which is a good bonus for us). Shared kitchen is fully furnished. Definitely a must-stay.
Review 7：WiFi access was free, but the weak signal, occasional dropouts, and slow speed were a little disappointing. Also the light in the shower was on a sensor outside the shower curtain, and I was plunged into darkness a few times. Those were only minor issues though.
Review 8：Svanen has almost everything you could want in a budget hotel/hostel - clean and pleasant rooms, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a good location just a few minutes walk from the centre.
Review 9："private parking" is indeed just the area in front of the entrance, I had to leave our motorbike on the road clasped to a random pole during a storm. Expensive, high season and good position, but price was more like a 3-stars hotel

Review 11：Wi-Fi was overcrowded all the time. Could not use internet at all. Difficulties with parking around the hotel (hostel). In the morning were "surprised" by finding the parking penalty bill on our car (at 8.30 a.m. - be careful! - obviously, inspectors are frequent guests in this place), when the violation of parking was very doubtful. Room in the basement was very small.

Review 23：Horrible experience! I booked this hotel 6 months before coming. I contacted the reception in their normal business hours to let them know I will be coming late. They said- no problem, phone the same number when you arrive. I arrived at 10:30 pm- the hotel locked, nobody answers the phone. There were some visitors there who allowed me into the reception. I slept in the reception on a couch. But for the people, I would be sleeping in freezing cold outside in the park. I do not get how the receptionist could leave for the day knowing that I would be coming. She did not provide any code, any info to me when I phoned earlier. Just completely irresponsible!!!!!
Review 24：Room was a shoebox 1m only between the beds. Toilet even smaller - in a tiny cupboard with a door that didn't shut properly. Noisy. Worst of all the super frustrating wifi - ip address wrong under hotel name, if put correct ip address in, log in would not work, and if by some miracle you got in, it cut out after a short time. Still mucked up my internet connection even after I left the hotel. Get someone who knows what they're doing to fix it. Never going back.

Review 26：you believe that you made a reservation in a hotel, and you arrive in a youth hotel, but very expensive. the sheets are not included in the price, and wi-fi is 50kr an hour. And all of that is not written when you book...We felt really angry about all that.
