Review 1：The offering for breakfast was not very good. No orange juice, all the donuts were gone before 9:00. Did not offer decaf coffee at all.

Review 2：This is a great location. Bed was comfortable and furniture good.

Review 3：The 1st room had not been cleaned completely. The pillows were all messed up and the covers were not straightened. I was sent to a 2nd room and the same thing happened. I was sent to a 3rd room. The heater didn't work properly. There was no soap in the room. I had to ask for some and it crumpled in the package so I had to go buy some soap.

Review 9：Well.. I NEVER write reviews, but my stay was so horrible I had to. We checked in late and spent very little time in the room until it was time for bed. As we walk around the bed, there are socks and a make up applicator on the floor (neither belonging to us). We had no soap to wash our hands with, so we used our own or the shampoo pack that was available. The bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling. I called the front desk and asked about soap and the lack of cleanliness in the room. At the end of the conversation she tells me that she has no soap, and that there is no point in talking with the manager because I had checked in longer than an hour and he will not do anything. The next morning I tell another front desk clerk. He tells me they ran out of soap, and ignores the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned. Needless to say, I slept in my clothes.

Review 10：The hotel was in a decent location. Indoor pool would have been nice, but it was just as cold inside as outside.

Review 11：The bedding needs a little work. The comforters that were on our beds had a few burned holes in them. The air and heating unit in room 501, the room we stayed in, needs some work. It was hard to get it to work sometimes.

Review 15：We recently booked 3 nights at the mountain vista inn and we were severely dissatisfied and treated very poorly.. The room conditions were not sanitary and the manager dawn was rude and unconcerned with our stay... She simply stated if we weren't happy we should of checked out... Most of the amenities weren't working and not available and Dawn the manager didn't seem to care.. The wifi wasn't working. Indoor pool was only open half the time. The rooms were not cleaned properly. We found what seemed to be fecal matter on the bed sheets and something resembling that on the head board of the bed. And there was always insufficient toiletries and linens left by house keeping... When I spoke to Dawn as suggested to by the gentleman at the desk . I was pretty much told if you weren't happy you should of left.

Review 17：Needs to be really cleaned. We were in 504. I had tried before going to find another place but everything was booked. Had three King Beds but not comfortable at all. Disinfected beds when got there. Chairs in room were really stained and would not sit in at all. Cover off heating/cooling unit . Really nasty also. I had read comments and dreaded it, so I took cleaners and old rags and wiped down tables and head of bed. Everyone was complaining about. Cleaned out tub and shower also. They had breakfast but we never went so do not know about. We had our 17 month old granddaughter with us so we watched her very closely so she would not touch anything on floors. Gross behind night stands and head of bed. Needs a good through cleaning !!!!!

There was a broken washing machineand Ice Machine sitting on the sidewalk, right in front of the poolarea. Only one ice machine in the place worked and it was on the thirdfloor. Check in is at 2pm, we arrived at 3:30 pm and were told our roomwas not ready but they could give us a room on the bottom floor, themistake was mine here I should have asked to see the room beforeagreeing, this will never happen again tho. The parking was nonexistent. There was six or seven spots in front of the hotel, we weretold we could park at a bank across the street as long as the bank wasnot open. The only other parking was across another street behind thehotel where you had no view of your car and very poor lighting. I wouldnever stay in this hotel again if they gave me the room for free. I havestayed in motels where I paid $35 a night for the room that were betterthan this.

Review 38：Dec. 27, 2015. First room was dirty. Floors not swept or vacuumed. Found food under tv stand. Bottles from previous rentals left in refrigerator. Night stand so dusty, I could actually write in it. Then when we opened the fold out couch, found candy wrappers, stained bed sheets and blanket (which looked like was also left from previous rental), recliner was broken down so bad that the side panel was ripped off. Continental breakfast was a joke. Krispy Kreme donuts and watered down OJ. Moved to another room after we complained.

Review 41：For the amount of beds, we had a three bedroom room, it needed more bathrooms and bigger bathrooms. You could not hardly move in the bathroom.

The WIFI never worked, no coffee in the room and when we went out Saturday, came back to a room the way we left it. The bed unmade, dirty towels were still there, plus no clean towels. NO COFFEE

Review 46：Bad experience! The rooms were filthy. The front door didn't lock, the curtains were ripped and scotch taped together, the AC/heating unit had no knob, the refrigerator didn't work and our food ruined. We were told the maintenance staff was off until Monday. Breakfast area was dirty and cluttered with 2 refrigerators, a mop bucket, a pressure washer and a door sitting in the room with the breakfast tables and food. During breakfast a circuit breaker blew and we ate in the dark with waffle mix still sitting in the waffle makers. Housekeeping came in; made the beds and emptied the trash. The pic below shows the floor after housekeeping was there. Obviously they never vacuumed. And the tub was that filthy when we arrived.

Review 50：Have stayed in many places in Pigeon Forge. This is by far the WORST. It was run down and dirty. The drawers didn't even have knobs on them. When I took the comforter off the bed food fell off the bed from the last people that stayed there. Also the front desk called my room at 1:30am with a noise complaint. We were all asleep. We were staying 3 nights and left after 2. Will not stay there again.

This was by far the worst stay ever this hotel was very bad it represented nothing that was on the website my family had three rooms and each one had a problem from no heat to having bedbugs. Review 114：The mountain Vista Inn and Suites is a motel. You have to go outside to go anywhere. The comforters were dirty. Not enough towels in room. The carpet was stained. We were not at all impressed!

Review 115：The room was not at all like the room(s) pictured. We chose to stay in the King Room with Spa. When we arrived, the exterior of the hotel was very "run down" with very little parking. The elevator malfunctioned and you couldn't determine which floor was which. Our key wouldn't open the room, so I requested a replacement key from the hotel staff. This key also did not work. Once we finally were able to enter the room, we noticed quite a few problems. The room was not cleaned from the previous guest as there were balls of hair, fingernail clippings, and personal items all around. There were no towels and a half-full bottle of Suave shampoo and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. However, the bed was made so I assume someone from housekeeping had been in. I also noticed the lack of a headboard, ripped carpet, ripped furniture, and holes in the walls. Also, our suite had no windows or exterior views. When trying to resolve the issues with hotel management (within 15 minutes of our arrival), we were told they had fully disclosed information to us and refused to move us to a different room. They also refused to issue a refund as we then decided we no longer wanted to conduct business with them. I strongly suggest anyone reading this review to keep looking. This was the first bad experience we've had at a hotel. Unfortunately, it was our wedding anniversary weekend. One of the pictures attached is dark as there were no lightbulbs nor was there a way to turn on lights in this area of the suite.

Review 116：Well it started when I asked for extra linens that morning. We was goneall day and come back to notice the room door was open so my husbandstayed at the room I went down stairs to the office and told themsomeone had been in the room. The guy called housekeeping and they saidto him they had not been in the room, but they lied because they lefttwo lines but did not clean the room at all... So he said to me give me15 mins but did not hear from . So went back up to the room lookingaround. Asked my husband if he wanted to order something to eat so I waslooking around in the room to fine a phonebook and looked in the bottomdrawer of one of the dressers and fount a bag I thought what is that Iwas not ours so I opened it up! I bag That most of been the people thatstayed there before we did it was a bag of sex toys !!!! so was I notmad then. I reported it to the office and nothing . you know what theyasked me " o is that your" what the hell would I be bring youmy stuff if it was mine. This was a night mare the manger was taking upfor the housekeeps. If your not going to do your job right and keep aclean business close!!!! It was nasty... My feeling was hurt the mangerdid not care did not say im sorry that this happened we will check intothis or anything. I believe The state of Tenn health needs to come intothis place and check matters out. I will never forget this vacationbecause it was a nightmare.

Review 126：The room was dingy and dark. It had a very odd layout. It needs lots of repair work. Walking in, and the first thing that we did was check for bed-bugs because it had that kind of a feel. Thankfully there was no evidence of them. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There were some doughnuts, and there was oatmeal packets in a few flavors, but the waffle/pancake machine had lots of issues. Tables in the breakfast area were not kept clean as people left.

Review 127：The room had lots of space. It was nice having a couch and a couple easy chairs to watch TV from. It was located to a lot of activities, and was easy to get in and out of. The shower had lots of pressure, but was tricky to get in and out of because of the tub height.

Review 128：The room was horrible. We have a 12 month old who is in the floor alot playing. The carpet in the room was so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. There was also something so sticky all in the floor. I thought at first it was just dirty spots but it was sticky like syrup. We were in the room maybe 15 minutes and I went to the desk to ask for a vacuum cleaner so I could clean our room up. The girl at the desk didn't have a vacuum so she gave me a broom. We stayed 2 nights here and I will never stay again. I don't know if it has changed owners or what but I have stayed here many times in the past. It has been about 8 years though since we had stayed here bit it has went down so bad. We stayed in room 106 I believe it was. It was right next to the indoor pool.

One tub didnt have the handles on itand the other one the jets didnt work. I feel like we were jipped. Theroom was in dire need of repair and cleaning!

Review 135：They are renovating this hotel. They tried putting us in a room under construction we did get that changed, the whirl pool tub handles were broken place was very much in need of upgrades. People smoking everywhere around rooms and outside which made everything smell.

Review 136：Room needed vacuuming, no hair dryer, WiFi was non existent after 6:00PM. Not enough parking in back. Exterior window to room was very dingy/needed cleaning.
