Review 1：Personnel is organized not to serve Customers, but make money for their pocket out of everything. The driver is especially horrible where he is asking tip for free airport shuttle service. If not given, he is not hesitating even to insult you !!!

Review 18：The fact that I asked to be wakened up and they did not do it. Had I had an earlier flight, I would have missed it. The price of the restaurant was outrageous.

Review 20：When the taxi driver dropped me in front oh the hotel I hardly believedthat it was the place I had booked. The entrance was too dirty, dark andfull of mosquitoes. I was immediately approached by a prostitute who wasstanding right at the entrance. The room was spacious, but dirty andfull of mosquitoes too. There was running and hot water, but the showeraccumulated water, which meant that I had to take the shower with myfeet under dirty water. The reception desk also worked as a bar, and togo to my room I had to pass through that area. At night there was alwaysa group of prostitutes seated in that area, chatting loudly with hotelstaff, smoking and drinking. My room was located just few steps from thereception, therefore I could hear this noise until late at night. Thebreakfast was a joke for the price charged: coffe or tea, bread, butterand jam...Definetly not a place to stay if you travel with your familyand children.
