Hotel Marina sells fast on our site. Situated in the medieval fishing town Izola, Hotel Marina is next to the beach. It offers spacious and stylish rooms with private bathrooms with balconies overlooking the Adriatic sea.

Review 1：The rooms are not very modern and the bedspread is rather old looking. The bathroom is rather tired too.

Review 5：The hotel is conveniently located for many interesting sights in western Slovenia (if you have a car). It also has a very good restaurant frequented by many Slovenians.

Review 6：No parking spaces available, you have to walk 800 m from the closest public parking space which is noy guarded. But that is in the night and weekend. We had 10% at the restaurant discount, being guests, but we didn't recieve it. I guess the waitress just forgot. Maybe

Review 9：Izola is such a great place to stay! Very close to Piran and Portoroz so it is a good place to set up camp. Lots of restaurants to choose from, very close to the beach, view of the marina from our room was great! Wifi throughout and friendly staff. This breakfast buffet was wonderful! Lots of things to choose from - different eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. Loved it! They have a Finnish sauna that you have to book in advance so if you are looking to relax with your significant other, book before you get there!

Review 13：This hotel is in an amazing location, right beside the Isola marina. The staff are cheerful and helpful all the time, even at 4.00 am when waiting for a taxi to the airport, we were offered coffee. As we checked out before breakfast we were given food bags for our trip, 2 sandwiches, 3 fruits and yoghurt each! Rooms are spacious, comfortable with excellent aircon and reasonably priced bar fridge. With windows shut no noise from outside. Lashings of hot water and very clean bathroom. Well done to all the staff.

Fantastic value boat trip on the hotel's own boat - a personal booking for just the 2 of us! Review 27：We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. Very good hotel on the Adriatic seaside. Located just few meters from the sea. We booked a room with sea view and enjoyed excellent view on harbor and boats in the harbor. Hotel has a famous fish restaurant which seems to be the best on the Slovenian seaside. At least we met people who travelled from Italy to have a dinner in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent and price for seafood and fish were reasonable. The breakfast was good. Rooms were slightly shabby, but good enough to spend 3 nights. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Review 103：Problem with parking. On two days out of three the hotel arrangedparking next to the hotel. On the third and last night we had to find aparking space by ourselves. It was some 200m from the hotel and we paid16 Euro. (Not a terrible problem...) The beach is well organized,designed and maintained, but it is very different than the Greece orBaltic see beaches.

Review 109：The hotel is in the very small fish town, but the quality of the hotelis really that of a bigger city. I was surprised, as it looked more of a4-star hotel to me. Rooms with a sea view are more expensive, but itreally worth waking up to the beautiful Adriatic sea and marina view.Bikes available for rent - 1 euro per our. And while bikes are notreally maintained, it's a nice option to ride in the evening aroundthe coastal area.

Review 110：The main disadvantage is the restaurant. Very slow service in theevening - it took over 15 min for waiter to bring menu and much the sameto take our order. They were not interested if we need anything else.Mixed up orders. Then I couldn't pay for like 20 min - they did nothave time to bring the bill. Food was ok but forget about having anyresonable veges. Breakfast similar though self service made it muchfaster. The only plus of the restaurant is It's location on thewaterfront with beautiful glicynias
