Review 1：This time the hot water did not arrive at the 11th floor I've noticed too many owners of the hotel walking around, inspecting things, etc. It looked a bit intimidating. At the restaurant- not a great service. in the last day 3 waiters came to our table and we bearly got the breakfast :) they came and than they were gone, not even coffee... Also it is not nice for the manager to call the waiters for a meeting in front of the clients, especially on a harsh tone... we've noticed this one too... I've seen staff was nervous somehow, like someone was looking behind them... Staff needs to be more relax, friendly and enjoyng their job. (for ex the waiter who served us 3 days in a row, in the last day he did not even looked at us, did not take our order... We did not like the idea of value coupons for breakfast. It said brkf included, I thought was a buffet or we could have our own choice. When i ordered brkf a little piece of gem and butter was sooo expensive, i did not expect such a small small little butter for that price. In my oppinion, I would increase the coffee price and give butter and gem for free, it would make more attractive to the clients. I would pay $$$ for a good coffee but not for a little piece of butter and bread. I have been there before but this stay kind of invited me to try other nice hotels in the area. I can't recommend it 100 %...

Review 3：The room was small and the bed was quite big therefore not so much space in the room.The bathroom was very small but new. Camera foarte mica si patul mare deci nu ramane prea mult spatiu.Baia este foarte mica dar noua.

Review 5：Extremely small rooms, mattress too soft ---> back and neck aches,price of room does not have breakfast included, they charge youseparate for 2 things when you get there, rooms and breakfast,respectively. Prices and services are definitely not suited for 3-starhotel in Venus!!!
Review 6：Credit cards are not accepted, cash only. Exchange rate settled by personnel. Breakfast on coupons, like in a soviet canteen. It is better and cheaper to eat outside. TV and aircon remotes are issued at the reception and you have to give them back when checking out. And they don't let you go before they check the room if you haven't stolen anything. They make guests feel like thieves. personnel hardly speaks English.

Review 20：- Small details in the bathroom such as no shower curtain and poor drainage - no wireless internet access - credit cards not allowed, only cash in advance - restaurant is closed beginning September 1st - staff is not very professional - the resort is boring but close to the neighboring, more "vibrant" resorts What bothered me the most was that they make you feel like a thief: cash payment in advance, at the end they ask you if the cleaning lady checked the room before you leave (if you broke or stole something) and you have to return the remote controls at the reception (air con and tv) - Mici detalii in baie, precum lipsa unei perdele sau paravan la dus, scurgere proasta - nu exista acces wireless la internet - nu se accepta plata cu cardul si cer plata in avans - am stat doar un weekend si nu am apucat sa mancam la restaurant pentru ca s-a inchis pe 1 Septembrie - personalul cam necalificat - statiunea e cam "moarta" dar macar e aproape de celelalte Ce m-a iritat cel mai tare e ca te trateaza ca pe un potential hot: plata cash in avans, la sfarsit te intreaba daca s-a verificat camera (sa nu fi spart sau furat ceva) si trebuie sa predai telecomenzile la receptie la plecare Pacat de banii investiti pentru ca hotelul este decent. Trebuie sa mai lucreze la atitudine si servicii

Review 22：The day after I made the reservation I wanted to extend our stay (this was weeks before the actual stay). I wasn't sure that they can manage the change through booking.com, so I called them to ask if I should make a separate reservation. They said we don't need to, that the price will be the same, and that we can keep the room. When we arrived and told them that we called them for extending our stay, the receptionist told us that we need to talk to them in our second day of stay to check the room availability (perhaps she was expecting some bribe or wanted to charge us at the reception price?). Given that we decided to go to Mamaia. I'm pretty sure they had rooms because they were surprised we ended our stay according to the original reservation.
Review 23：I really recommend this hotel if you go to Venus, but only if you are covered with some papers about you stay. It's very close to the best beach in Venus, everything was new, the price was good, but make sure your reservation is done using a travel agency or via Booking.com/similar pages, because they "forget" what they talk on the phone.
