Review 2：love the ice machineee! the room is small but very cosy very clean! love the soap and shampoo smell! (usually i dont use hotel shampoos btw) buttttttt this place is excluded! :)

Review 4：The hotel is on the main road and just a 10 minutes walk to and from Jurong MRT, also there are some nice malls around to shop and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel and the hotel room is neat and nice, staffs are friendly and helpful. Bus stand is closed by and calling a taxi is easy. I look forward to visit Singapore and stayed at this hotel again in the future.

Review 7：Room, of cus. Super duper comfortable bed. Request for king but ive got twin instead. But theres nothing to regret! Shuttle bus to RWS provided as well as back to hotel. Great reception, sharon, gooood job!

Review 9：Room : I find that the room size was kinda just nice for 2 person. not too big. not too small. but definitely it can fit in one more bunk bed because the size of the room definitely reminds me of my stay in Budget Ibis Hotel in Lucern, Switzerland. Tried the hotel Pool, and i could say its quite small and can be crowded if most of the visitors uses it. Free wifi services available but only limited to 2 devices which i think it only ensure that only 2 person are able to use. Plus, with the high speed internet services available in Singapore, the connectivity is bad.(*did some speed test using android app) Which i only get 1mbps. its like having 512k speed back in the 90s. i dunno about other hotels, but hopefully the management can upgrade the internet services for travellers who really require high speed internet usage. Things to take note, the room only provide the basic needs eg toothbrush, toothpaste, body shampoo and hair shampoo. No Iron and Ironing board.

Review 10：Cleanliness is important and i would say that the room was utterly clean! Overall review of the room: Since it was a new Hotel Establishment in the west of Singapore, it definitely a good place to stay for a staycation or short getaway for those who are coming in to singapore for a stay...! 4* for the rooms.. Location & amenities: As a Singaporean living in Jurong, i would say its a best place to stay, as you have lots of shopping malls withing walking distance. Eg, JCube, JEM, WestGate and BigBox. Free shuttle service to IMM shopping mall from JCube. Best part is, the hotel provides you with Free shuttle to Sentosa! u dont need to worry about parking charges when you are at the hotel, Visitors are given 1 free exit from the carpark daily prior to your stay. but why would you want to drive when you can use the free services and paid public transport which is cheaper than driving to your destination. Nearest MRT station Is Jurong East MRT. which can lead you to places like VivoCity, Orchard Road, Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands. Just need to take the train map and ask around! Hotel Provides you with empty ice bucket, for you to collect your own ice! YEs! they have an ice machince at each level! haha.. i find this useful though! For Muslims travellers, if you think its hard to get halal food, afraid not! JCube do have restaurants and street food that serves halal food. Just look for Halal Certificate at the store or look at the directory. Some shopping malls provide info on the directory on Halal food Store. And when you head down to RW Sentosa, there are a few Halal restaurants too! All Staffs that ive encounter with were definitely helpful...!

Review 11：The service of the hotel. During check in, there was a long queue but there is only 2 counters. After queuing for 30mins then they open another 2 counters. Waiting time was too long.

Review 18：We booked a king room for our wedding night and asked for an early check in for our prep. The hotel mgt obliged and understood our need. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the west. The bed was also decorated with taste. :) It was a great experience overall.

Review 19：Staff is not kind. Only this hotel that Ive been to that did not give the hotel key card as souvenir. Most hotel give. When I ask the staff at checkout desk she say they can not give because they will run out of key card. Very sad for the hotel keycard collector like me.

Review 22：Very comfortable bed and clean room. Good location near big shopping centers offering restaurants etc. I was able to leave my bag before and after check in/out which helped a lot.

Review 23：1) room was not clean, service staff did not change the towels despite us informing to. Stains on pillowcases. Complementary coffee, tea and water was not replenish after the 1st day. We stayed for 3 days. 2) Room is bare, no decor 3) Air condition not working well on the first day. We feedback to Guest Relation and the problem was rectify. 4) no reading materials in room.

Review 25：Overall is good except there's a group of Indian tourist during our stays have been occupied the whole lobby and 4 lifts , we are unable to travel either up or down. We were terrified too ( not being racist) but we took too long time waiting the lift. Price range it's a bit too pricy for the such a small room and we have no choice but to upgrade deluxe room. Toilet roll did not top up after room service.

Review 30：Room is designed in a practical manner suitable for business travelers. Bathroom was simple but clean. Not a fancy hotel, but made up in terms of providing other useful amenities like free 24-hour shuttle to and from hotel and Sentosa, and on-site laundromat. The hotel is located conveniently 2 streets away from the MRT station and bus interchange that connects you to other parts of the island. Many shopping malls located close by that gives tourists an option to do their shopping away from the congested Orchard shopping belt.

Review 37：I did not agree with the checking in system which takes more than 20 minutes before someone served me. There was only 1 CSO attending to more than 10 in line. How is that possible? If you already stated that the check in time is 3pm, you should be able to foresee that you need more than 1 CSO.

Review 39：Standard of Service is urgently need to improve. below are few points I notice during my stay. 1) house keeping: They only tighten the bedsheet. Toilet roll not cleared, rubbish in both bins not cleared, after doing up the room,room card was taken away. 2) front office: I require a dining fork,was turned down by front office staff with the following reply " sorry sir we don't provide utensils ". You mean the hotel got No in room dining or the staff don't want to go the extra mile. The face expression are all dull with No smile. Done feel being welcomed when check in. On a serious note, if that's the way and if you are sitting on it this hotel is not a star worth. 3) No flexibility for patrons who had booked the rooms on a open date when patrons highlight even before check in date. Myself is in the service industry for many years and what I had observed disappoint me deep down.

Review 41：In room amenities: Drinking Water: started with 2 bottles of 500 ml; after sm days dropped to 2 bottles of 250 ml; last wk or so gt only 1 bottle of 250 ml...thr shd be consistency in service std.Internet:2 free devices make no sense.in room wifi shd hv no limits on devices; LANGUAGE:shocked tht quite a no of room service attendants cannot speak or understand basic english...not expected frm a mid priced hotel in sgp..gym is no good..

Review 42：Location close to jurong east mrt was the best part. Easy access to jem; westgate;jcube. Regular shuttles to sentosa was the nxt best thng.

Review 43：Check took too long and slow process. Room is really small. Design ofbathroom is not practical (so tiny). A/c temp not"controllable". As for Car Park...I Would rate it the mosthorrible hotel car park in Singapore lol!!

Review 47：I made a last minute reservation through Booking.com. When I arrived, I am asked to wait for 30 minutes. The staff said the system did not have the record. It was late at night around 11pm and I wanted to rest as soon as possible. Anyway, I waited as I was told, but they did not put effort to regularly check system. I had to ask the staff to check the system again and again until it showed up. Afterwards they gave me a twin bed. I requested double bed but another staff said there was no room left. I had to put up with twin bed by pushing them next to each other. Overall, the staff are really unhelpful and I will not recommend this hotel until the service improved.

Review 48：I don't know if this issue was with booking.com or hotel. I didn't get a package which included breakfast. I had to book only the room and then choose for breakfast option as an addition. For business travellers its better to include the charges to the room and make breakfast complimentary. Also breakfast is charged at 26 SGD. This is too high and there was hardly any options. My colleagues have stayed in other hotels and have got 3 times the options which was available in this hotel.
