Review 1：As i said before the location can be a downside if u want it to be...but actually we found it very easy to get around
Review 2：Excellent host and facilities!! The location is what would make most people consider a different accommodation however with an own car or if u don't mind traveling by bus it is easy to get around.
Review 3：It was a strugglesome way to get down from mainroad to the geust house, as the road was in a horrible condition. The room had not terrasse or any way to sit or lie outside the room (and the wiew from the room was poor).

Review 5：We just came back from Seychelles and while visiting Praslin, we had stayed at the Residence (downstairs apartment with a patio). We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this guest house to other travelers. - very nice, welcoming owner (Jacqueline) who helps to organize trips, book a car, etc. - new building - clean and spacious apartment - very pretty furnishing - very well equipped kitchen - great patio where we enjoyed having breakfast and observing local birds and little geckos - quiet and safe location, no street noise - beach (Grand Anse), shop, bus stop and restaurants all within walking distance (however, car is recommended if you want to visit the rest of the island and be more flexible, we took the bus once which was ok, no problems) - free WiFi - great value for money!

Review 8：The perfect place to stay. Residency Praslinoise is like a 4-Star Hotel. Very nice appartement, very clean. The beach ist not far away and also a take-away and a new restaurant are close to the residence.
Review 9：The location isn't near a nice beach or good views, but it is a small island so nothing is too far away. You will need to hire a car but this is easy to do.

Review 14：We were at 1st floor studio which was excellent: good size, very clean, kitchen equipped absolutely with everything what is needed for cooking. Our studio was cleaned every day, bed sheets and towels changed. There were available tea, coffee, sugar, juices in the fridge. Praslinoise's location is very convenient: it is not on main road so we could relax listening bird singing and frog ribbitt. Shop and bus stop was also very close. Jacqueline has given us very well prepared map of Praslin with points of interests, restaurants etc plus bus timetable, which was very helpful. Jacqueline has also called and arranged car hire for us with a discount and delivery to and collection from Praslinoise Residence. We also want to admit that Jacqueline has a gem between her staff, the lady who cooked delighted real kreole food for us. It was absolutely great feast which we recommend to everyone.

Location: hidden in the forest/jungle with all the nature / beauty around. Yet close to the beach, road with buses, shop..... Beauty, beauty, beauty...... Fantastic holidays! Wish we come again!
Review 17：A small thing: The wifi in the bedroom was a bit slow, so we sometimes moved in the kitchen when we had to use internet.
Review 18：From the minute we arrived we were blown away! The staff, the facilities, the location... It was fantastic! This place was the best of the four places we stayed in the Seychelles. Alot of value for the money. We recommend this place to others!

Review 22：Un accueil à tomber par terre ! Une prise en charge dès votre arrivée sur Praslin à la jettée. Un studio d'une propreté irréprochable ! Les équipements sont ultra propres vous ne manquerez de rien. Y a même le câble le wifi gratuit qui fonctionne parfaitement. Les employés sont d'une gentillesse ultra rares. Une machine à laver pour votre linge. Du jus frais à votre arrivée dans votre frigo accompagné d'huile, sucre, sel, lait, etc.. La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse rare, une personne humainement enrichissante. La plage est à 5mn à pieds, il y a aussi une boutique, un coiffeur et les bus stop. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement que je reprendrai pour mes prochaines vacances sur Praslin sans hésiter !!
Review 23：The location was a bit of a challenge as it was difficult to make it to town for dinner; the streets in Praslin aren't particularly well-lit.
Review 24：Jacqueline's a sweetheart and super helpful. She had a map ready for us with the bus routes and the bus schedule which helped us plan activities accordingly. She could also give my mom a run for her money as far as cleanliness is concerned. We had a very comfortable stay at her joint.
Review 25：Residence Pralinoise is the best place you could ask for. Spacious two bedroom apartment, with a deck and self catering facilities. The owner, Jacqueline was extremely helpful, giving us tips on where to buy what, setting us up with maps and care rentals. Our stay wouldn't have been half as good if not for her hospitality. Will definitely be going back soon!
Review 26：Wifi was a bit slow and difficult to connect to at times ... but hey, when you're on holiday in paradise that's a good thing, right?! Suffered a bit with mosquitoes so I'd advise some form of repellent.
Review 27：Residence Praslinoise offers very comfortable and well equipped accommodation, thoroughly cleaned every day by the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Jacqueline (the manager) went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay really special. The ground floor apartments are really nice and I'd strongly recommend going for that option if you can afford it - the 1st floor studios are considerably smaller. We would definitely return!

Review 29：We loved the owner-Jacqueline, she is such a warm and energetic person! She will take care of you as if you were her friend, she organizes trips and taxis and everything you need :) The place is very comfortable, the showers have real power and I just couldn't have enough ;) I know it's silly but you know how lovely it is to get a great shower after a long day on a beach...The location is good as well, bus stops and shops 5 mins walking, would definitely stay there again!
Review 30：There are 2 large appartments downstairs with garden, the smaller appartments are upstairs and have no garden of balcony to sit outside. The walk to beach is a bit long.

Review 33：Delightful hotel, set away from the main road but within an easy 15 minute walk from the main shops and restaurants of Grand Anse and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The rooms are wonderful, very nicely decorated and spacious with air conditioning, a fan and a TV to relax with after a great day out on Praslin. Kitchenette facilities excellent for self catering and drinks of water and fruit juice were awaiting us when we arrived. Fantastic base for exploring Praslin with bus stops only a short walk from the hotel. Quality hotel for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again on a return visit and would highly recommend it to others.

Review 35：If u need a bed to sleep in !! This is a great choice!! Wery nice place! But it's a bit from every thing!! Don't go to the beach as it has sand flys !! And they bite!! Take the bus 10 min north and u got a beach with no bite!!
Review 36：Madam Jacqueline is an excellent hostess, she does everything within her power to make you enjoy your stay.The studios are really nice, the bigger ones have a patio, I would prefer these a next time. On arrival you will find water, fruits and milk in your fridge, a real warm welcome.

Review 39：Jacqueline was an excellent hostess, she did everything she could to ensure that I was comfortable and I had everything I needed. She even got me some snacks! The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is tucked away a few steps from the main street; ensuring peace and privacy. They are happy to give you a lift if they are going your way. There are excellent kitchen facilities, however there are a few good restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to cook. Next time I am in Seychelles, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to others.
Review 40：The villa located in the garden, so it not so hot. Jacqueline (the hostess) is very attentive, helpful and nice person. We live in apartment with 2 separate rooms (air conditioned), kitchen fully equipment, living room and terrace as it was like at home. I recommend this place to all people who want to spend beautiful vacations on Praslin.
Review 41：The apartment is ca 100m from the main road, so it's really silent! Dont be affraid the dirft road, the place is so nice, clean, big, special atmosphare... so if you choose self catering this is the best on Praslin! The most tripadvisor say, the best beaches are the other bound, but it's not true! We checked all of the beaches here, and the TOP are only 2 - St Georgette and Anse Lazio. St Georgette is not so far from this place by bus! Try the bus! First time it looks dangerous, but its OK! Summary: If I will go back to Seychelles,I will choose this apartment again! :)
