Review 1：Some noise from other guests entering and leaving, but not a deal breaker for us.

Review 6：Maria Joao is a great host, the room was very nicely decorated and clean. Brand new charming guesthouse in a nice area, yet not at all the city centre but in a small fisherman village close to the beaches.

Review 13：Great place. If you don't mind a walk the beaches across the beach across bridge (20 mins) are great. Room was good size, good wi fi. Restuarant at the end of the road (turn right out of hotel and it opposite at the end of the road) was fab and great value, but only speak Portugese. Only takes 30 mins from central Porto, fare was less than £2 and trains do over 10 - 15 mins.
Review 14：The owners and staff made me so welcome and helped with every question I had about travel, restaurants etc. The breakfast was fresh and varied and as I left early they packed it up for me on that day. My room was spotless and I slept well. An excellent stay which I am happy to recommend.

The fixtures and fitting were of the highest quality. Outstanding home made breakfast from the juice to the lovely homemade cake. Finest sea food restaurants very close by.Taxi for the airport was arranged and arrived early.
