Review 1：the breakfast, it was all carbs. It so easy to have a good breakfast for people. we only at there 1 time in our 3 day stay. I went to other hotels in the same area an the had a very good breakfast.

Review 3：Came in at 10pm and had to park in the rear.Very upsetting that the elevator is accessible to ANYONE....any vagrant, thief, homeless person can open the door and sleep in the elevator or worse go to any floor to sleep or who knows what......did not feel secure in the room at all, just thinking about the door being open.

Review 7：Breakfast was less than desirable. They should knock off a few dollars on the rate and forget about offering breakfast. Area was so tiny you couldn't hardly turn around with all the guests in it. Didn't have much of a selection.

Review 11：1. The price I was quoted was changed to a higher price when I arrived. It was not what was quoted by Booking.com. Each night had a different price. I felt this was very wrong. They did not accept cash, so I had to go buy a green dot credit debit card which cost me extra money in order to pay for the room. Storms rolled in & I had to stay an extra night & they charged me a total different price from the other nights which was higher. Breakfast was cereal, oatmeal, muffins, waffles and fruit. I drove 900 miles to visit this area and for the problems I had, I was disappointed with the establishment. They put the blame about the price of the room on the Booking.com., which I felt was wrong. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Review 22：The 3 mornings we were there we had to eat breakfast out. We were downstairs by 8:45 and the food bar was almost empty. There were only a few pieces of bread. Room to small for number of guest.

Put us in a room on top floor at other end of hall from elevator-if hotel had been really full I could have understood this. Ee moved night stand to plug phone in -there was a Pepsi can and kleenex from previous guest. Ran out of Kleenex the first day -they never brought a new box. There was a coffee pot in room but they didnt replinish the coffee the last day we were there. Advertised breakfast-well that was a joke. All of this might seem petty but it is the attention to detail that wins my business. Will definitely never stay there again.

Review 25：The pillows were too flat it was like just laying on the mattress. Hear road noise and flushing of toilets, showers running as well as geese and ducks.

Review 27：I did not like that I was sent to a salesman in order to get my parking pass. The last thing a person wants when they arrive at a hotel is to be given a sales pitch about free tickets to area attractions knowing that you have to go on a tour to get them. This is not OK.

Only two people max per room did NOT make sense! Four adults could have easily stayed in one room but we couldn't choose that option. Ended up paying double! And as soon as we checked in, the man that gave us our parking pass tried to talk us into going to a timeshare presentation which turned out to be a scam! Strange for a hotel to allow that sort of thing in their establishment!!

Review 61：There are numerous things: 1) bathroom sink faucet was broken 2) toilet seat looked damaged 3) sheet & blanket are so thin you might as well not even have them on the bed. I didn't know they made sheets this thin! 4) mattresses were hard and pillows were pretty well worn out. 5) elevator is very slow and your greeted by a hustler waiting to try and hook you Into seeing a show when you enter & exit the elevator. Overall it's a $50 room @ best. 6) wifi was almost impossible to use; super slow speed for the amount of people using it.

Review 62：The location & ease of access to Pigeon Forge is all that this hotel has going for it. Hotel did have hit water for showers. Room had a good fridge & Freezer as well as a new flatscreen tv.

Review 63：Employees at the desk both on the 11th at check in, I think his name was Harold or Carl and the early morning emplyee (4am) were more than accomodating. Excellent service!

Review 64：Even though the hotel was clean and neat it was quite old. Our drawer was off the track in the room and a piece of it was broken off. The carpeting was coming up in the halls and the pool was in pretty bad shape.

Review 65：The hotel was convenient to the Tangier outlets as well as Dollywood. I thought the river was quite peaceful running beside it as well.

Review 66：The place, although very clean, really needs a facelift. It would also be nice if the hotel extended the no smoking policy to the balconies. It was hard to enjoy when there always seemed to be someone out there smoking. Not the hotel's fault, just an observation.

Review 68：The hotel is run down. It needs to be refreshed. The breakfast bar was terrible. Would have liked to have had more choices, bagels, yogurt, more cereals, muffins. It was also located farther away than I thought but I guess that's my fault.We had a sofa bed with NO sheets. My son used the bedspread from my bed. Thought when the house keeper saw this, she would have left some but she did not. Was really ticked off when I saw the price AFTER labor day. I feel the room was way overpriced for what we got. Would not stay here again.

Review 70：One of the features we expected from what we saw on the website was a hot continental breakfast. They had continental bfast, but it was nothing we wanted to eat nor anything we could feed our little one. Disappointing.

He stated if it was bad then it would have messed up the whole time we were there. I tried to explain to him it worked when you put the nightstand up against the plug.

It was up to the guests to find out what was going on by trying to get through to the front desk or going down flights of stairs to the lobby.

Review 115：The inn desperately need to be updated. The carpet is worn. The balcony view was facing a large dumpster. Breakfast is almost non existent. If you consider breakfast two types of cereal, pre-made waffles, miniature muffins, coffee and juice. We stayed at Pigeon Forge Inn for 5 nights and only had room service 3 times. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Georgia the previous night and what a difference. We would not return to this inn. WiFi was slow and we could not get reception with cell phones.
