Review 1：Some of the staff was grumpy and not much efficient (I went back and fourth bc the reception gave me the card for the room but another card was needed to access the elevator??) Breakfast is way behind a five star hotel and definitely does not reflect the 20 euro price attached to it. the airport shuttle is free, which is good, but no one was there when I got out of the airport (I booked it and it was confirmed in advance) and I waited 1 hr. for the shuttle to show up and only after I made some calls to call it in.

Review 5：It it defenetly NO 5 stars hotel !!! Maximum 3 stars. The hotel very old and rooms are in bad condition. Restorans are very expensive, but food is very basic. Very expensive breakfast - more that 20€. I booked for 4 days, but run away after 2 days. Defenetly, I will never come back.
