Review 1：Staff contacted me to confirm accommodation of my request. All units directly on Grand Traverse Bay with great views. Comfortable and well-equipped facilities.

Review 2：We were a little further from downtown than we would have liked and on a very busy and noisy street.

Review 3：Gorgeous view! This is a time share property which rents suites on the off season so there is no daily maid service (not important to us, but it's good to know). Furnishings were dated but the appliances and bathroom were updated and lovely

Review 7：The beach is lovely and large with an abundance of chairs provided. The facility includes an indoor pool, sauna and game room. The bay is beautifully clean and sandy, no stones or muck. The room had a dishwasher.

Review 8：The beds weren't comfortable. I had a hard time staying asleep. That won't keep me from coming back.

Review 9：I liked the fact that it's on the water, Volleyball, indoor pool, and having a kitchen. It all made for a great time! Thank you!

Review 10：One of our beds was extremely worn and it sagged badly. The sheets for the pull out sofa were very worn and appeared to have grease stains on them. We did not use them and asked for replacements. The carpet in the hallway was very worn and stained.

Review 12：Unfortunately we missed the check out time by 30 minutes approx, front desk called us to give us a reminder which I did not like because of the tone. I think message could have been delivered with a lot more kindness, It made us felt we were being kicked out. Not coming back Important to clarify afternoon-evening front desk lady was super kind with us.

Review 13：Location was great! We were there in the off season so few people was great. Older motel type but they made the best of it with cleanliness and space.

Review 15：Wonderful view from our spacious balcony, although it was chilly so we did not really ulitize it. Older property but kept up adequately. No maintenance issues.

Review 16：Pool was nice but is not very warm also you have to walk outside in the freezing weather to get to it there's no access from hallways. Dont ask for a later checkout they don't give them. We asked for a one hour later checkout and was told no they don't do that because then everyone would want it. It's off season and the hotel was about Half full. It just left a bad taste especially the way it was presented.

Review 18：The rooms made you feel like you were at home instead of at a hotel. There is plenty of space to move around. The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices were not bad either.

Review 19：Pool never opened at 6pm like they said it would, in fact never opened at all that night, explain that to a 6 year old, coffee cups in cupboard were all we used in the kitchen and they were as if someone used them for hot cocoa and put the back on the shelf, dirty. I said something at the desk and was told we'll check them for the next guest... NEXT GUEST, what about us?? Then we were told to "Go ahead and grab some donuts on your way out."

Review 20：Not sure how this rating come to 4.2 but I would say (negative) -4.2! The view was nice, that about it, but even Pinestead Reef couldn't screw up natural beauty.

Review 21：What I didn't like was that if we wanted maid service it would cost an extra 15 dollars and they do not tell you that when you first check in. I also did not like the fact that we had to take our own garbage out to the dumpsters when that is what maid service is for.

Review 22：The room was fairly cheap, really clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked which was amazing. I also really enjoyed the hot tub And pool, everything seemed pretty clean. In addition, the staff was very nice and approachable.

Review 29：This is relative, but the beds could have been more comfortable. The beach was maintained pretty well, but I would have liked to see the beach chairs cleaned off in the mornings as they were full of tiny bugs.

Review 30：We really enjoyed the resort for family purposes. We had a room right off the beach which was beautiful and made access to all activities at the resort easy. It was perfect for a family that normally would have to reserve two rooms in a hotel. The added bonus of having a kitchen allowed us to make simple meals and not have to eat out for every meal on our trip. The kids loved the pool and hot tub which were a bonus as we had a day of rain. Overall, it was a really positive stay!

Review 81：My family spent 2 nights in this resort and we had great experience. Michigan-lake view through the window, lake-facing balcony, family friendly rooms, private access to the beach, you name it. Nothing to complain. Will recommend to anyone.

Review 82：No coffee available in lobby except on Mondays. No readily available plug in outlets on desktop in bedroom (had to use kitchen plug in). Making 2 day rental customers take out their own garbage (very little garbage for us) or pay a $50 fee was not customer friendly. We don't even require our own house guests to do that.

Review 84：Lots of room for a family of 5 to spread out. Loved having a kitchen and living room. The view of the bay was breathtaking. It is still close to downtown shopping and some nice restaurants. The pool and hot tub have a nice view of the bay. Great deal for an awesome room.

Review 85：Because it is an older property there are some condition issues. Nothing that was dangerous or detrimental to our stay but things you wouldn't find in newer properties. Seperated caulk lines, poor carpet seams, outdoor corridors were kind of ignored...dusty and dirty windows. The one elevator get so much use that it could stand to be freshened daily.

Review 91：Morning staff in office was unfriendly I had 2 different ladies that I talked to in the mornings and neither was friendly they both treated me like I didn't belong there!! hopefully they can work on that a little bit casue as much money as I paid to stay a week they should have treated me a little more nice one of the ladies when I asked for pool towels had the nerve to ask me "well are you even staying here?" That upset me enough that I almost decided to leave then...maybe a staff meeting for morning desk workers or some training on how to treat customers would be ideal!

Review 92：I enjoyed the lady that checked us in in the evening she was very pleasant and more than wiling to help out in anyway she was super nice and knew a lot about the time shares and was even nice enough to let me tour a couple of the other units!!Also Housekeeping was amazing and so super friendly we will definately be coming back here again and we are considering a time share...
