Review 1：Uncomfortable small beds. No one at reception after 10pm - didn't know what to do about noisy neighbours downstairs.

Great facilities of in-house massage, hairdresser [my Wife was particularly delighted with that one... :-)], cosmetic studio, etc.

Review 7：good location, beautiful wooden interiors decorated in local style. Simple but clean and nice. Very good hot tub and saunas for a reasonable price. Relaxing atmosphere.

Review 8：None of the information was in English and we weren't told about the Jacuzzi or other things they had to offer, we went down later to ask at reception but nobody was there. It was a shame as we would have used the Jacuzzi and had a massage.
