Review 1：we had quite some difficulties to find the place. All along the road there were no signs or hints. Since the pousadas kitchen was closed it was hard to find a decent place for dinner and the staff wasn't very helpful with suggestions. One option was to order pizza from the nearby village. If this place was better maintained it would make a great holiday location
Review 2：it's an ok place for a couple of nights. The pousada itself is very nicely situated with a fanatstic view from all the rooms. A great sun terrace with a nice pool and access to the sea. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Review 5：The Booking.com description bears little resemblance to this once proudhotel. The swimming pool was filthy, the lift long since defunct, nobbq, and the minibar consisted of a fridge, empty apart from one glassin which lay two dead fliies. The bed was rock hard and the room filthy.It may be 8 k from Ilha Grande but this of no use unless you have aboat. It is 45 minutes on a good day by bus from ferry and is adjacentto an oil refinery. The handwritten bill was 2700 Reals for one nightinstead of 250. Easy for an old couple not used to the currency to missand difficult to rectify once back in the uk. Try writing a bill for£900 as opposed to £85 to the only guests in the hotel who had stayedone night. Must have been an honest error I suppose.
Review 6：The view form the balcony over the bay was wonderful and the breakfastwas pretty good.
Review 7：The stay was okay. But it is really off the map (aproximitly 45 min bybus from Angra). The staff didn't speak english at all, they accuallyonly had only tre or four of the about 25-30 courses on the menu. Ifyour not diving at the Ocean dive center, witch is close, is really seeno point why anybody should stay here. One of the nearest neighbours isby the way a oil refinery.
Review 8：It is a beautiful location, the evening sun and the ocean right outsideyour window, and the mountains surrounding the area makes it almost painting-like. The food is good as well, and the breakfast is okay.
Review 9：Most of the things available are broken or not in use,look like it has been abandoned some of the floor levels, lots of stairs, if you have knee problem don't go to this place.
