Review 1：Most condos I have rented supply basic condiments for the kitchen (salt and pepper at least). This condo did not supply any salt, pepper, sugar. It doesn't make sense to have to purchase these ingredients when staying only for a long weekend. The TV was updated and had direct TV, however the movies supplied in the unit were VHS. The couch and chair were quite worn out. Also, the bedding was not clean. I found a blood stained pillowcase on the bed. There were not enough pillows and they were of poor quality. It would also have been nice to have a television in the bedroom. Overall- not great quality or service for the price.

Review 3：On the 3rd day our heat went out. We received a room change after it couldn't be fixed but that's not really a bad thing.

Review 9：Kitchen not fully equipped (mis-matched silverware, plates, cups,cracked coffee carafe) - giant 50" tv on bedroom wall not hooked toantenna or cable (useless) - bathroom was re-arranged so toilet isinches from tub (very odd) - came home late to no parking, had to parkillegally over night

Review 21：This is a stretch, but my only complaint was that the only in/out door was through the main lobby and door versus a side door etc. Again, no worries and probably more secure in the end.
Review 22：Short walk to Main Street with free parking, full kitchen, nice view and sound of river. I traveled with my adult son who was comfortable on the sofa sleeper. All in all we thought it was a great location and good value for the money.

Review 25：This was an updated unit, and was particularly charming and well appointed. Location is walk to town, short walk to the Snowflake lift, and has bus access to Peak 8 or the Gondola. Next best thing to slopeside!
Review 26：If you don't like dogs, this is not for you. But they did not bother us. We were in a ground level unit and the noise level from above was significant. Not a unit suited to anyone sensitive to noise.
Review 27：Unit is very clean and well equipped. Kitchen has all utensils, cutlery, pots & pans. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous for walking access to town and the slopes.

Review 30：Some places were not as thoroughly cleaned as others. Below or bed was pretty filthy with lots of dust, dirt, and random items from past guests. Cups and silverware still had residue, stains, or food pieces left over from being used and not cleaned thoroughly. I had to take out all the cups and silverware from the drawer and wash them by hand. It would have been nice to have a small TV in the bedroom so all four of us didn't have to compromise on what we wanted to watch.
Review 31：Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, nicest people you could meet. Loved the layout, great kitchen, the view on our balcony, the proximity to the bus stop and shops in Breckenridge were only 15-20 minutes away on foot. Also, loved the sauna and hot tub there and the fact that Wildwood staff cleaned the hot tub every morning. Free WiFi was good, easy to connect to and stay connected to.

Review 42：Not well insulated, could hear everything in the hall and above us. Parking is awful. We were there in summer and spots were hard to come by. Lines in parking lot need to be re-done so that cars aren't taking up 1-3 spaces each.
Review 43：I liked that it was pet friendly, had a great view, and the river was right out our patio door. It was easy walking distance to main street and even the pull out couch was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful.
Review 44：No personnel at the whole place after 5:00 pm I was wondering how things would go if there is an emergency! Also they still use the old credit card machine where it swipes a little thing to copy your card on a piece of paper and when I tried to explain that this old method is not safe for our cards (after several frauds) to the young lady at the reception, all she was focused on that she needs a copy of my card in case I have a party and ruin the room! And wasn't even hearing me. Upstairs neighbors were moving furniture and so noisy from 1:00-3:00am, not sure if that's bad isolation or they were loud enough.
Review 45：The sound of the water stream was nice, like everyone else mentioned. Walking distance from most of the attractions on the main street.
Review 46：The first impression of Condo Rental was a "shared living quarters with an owner", only to understand it's a roomier and a well supplied unit to stay for a day, a week, or even a month very comfortably, like home, but away. We were surprised and pleased.
Review 47：We asked the staff a lot of questions, and because we've never been to Breckenridge, one question was "what to do and where to eat", I received an email with a wonderful list of choices and suggestions. Very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The creek outside the back door was relaxing and we had NO traffic noise. Quiet, relaxing, refreshing. Thank you Ashley at Wildwood Suites, you were extremely helpful and kind. Next time, we bring the kids and stay in a 2 bed unit. The surrounding is just beautiful.
Review 48：When we walked into the room, it looked like we traveled back to the late 70's. The kitchen and bathroom were horrible. When it came time to go to sleep the comforter was stained, the bed had a phone book under one of the legs to level te bed, and it looked like the cleaning crew has never cleaned under the bed. My fiancé and I maybe got an hours sleep as a result of a rock hard bed and every time one of us would move the whole bed would shake and creak so loudly. My fiancé and I go to Breckenridge all the time. It's actually our wedding location. This was the first time and last time we will ever stay at this location. I have never been disappointed in any of the places we stayed until now.

Review 50：Everything was great. The week we were there they were re-sodding the back creek/sitting area so we weren't able to use that - which was a bummer but certainly not a problem by any means. The bedroom in our unit was a bit stuffy but they provide a nice fan for us which helped. Great place to stay otherwise!
Review 51：Great location, very clean and quiet. We were pleased to see that our unit had been recently updated with new appliances and furniture, so that was a nice bonus for us. The wifi worked just fine for the few times we wanted it, and our dog was welcome there which really made it helpful for us!
