Review 1：The staff attitude. They could be more friendly. Besides, not flexible of payment. They charge immediately right upon arrival. They could charge full payment as deposit and then let the client to choose the payment options such as credit card or cash when check-out. I had more cash left until the end of my travel so I wanted to pay cash, but I had no choice upon my arrival so I paid by credit card.

Review 9：bathrooms are tiny. you have to leave one of your room keys in the door at all times otherwise you will have a hot box by the time you come back to the room. as the airconditioning turns off when there is no key in the door and the hall ways had an odd smell.

Review 10：V Hotel Lavender is directly on top of the Lavender train station. it was as easy as walking down and catching the train and having access to any train line. There is also food venders galore just outside the lobby. the hotel restaurant was nice and not too pricey

Review 22：Your front office staff, that serve me during my stay at your hotel is very rude and impolite which make me extreme disappointed with the services provided by your hotel. The incident happen , when I made 3 respective request to fix up my TV remote problem but end up I have to personally approach to your front office counter and I being treated very rude by one of your male staff. during that shift there is 2 male staff which is one with glass and other one none. the Chinese male staff with none glass with very rude services which is really disappointed me. I am regular guest to your hotel, and I do wish your management take serious action about this and I do wish a positive feedback from your hotel.

Review 30：This hotel is just above the train station which made our trip to Singapore easier.It is located in a quiet district but with enough food options around like kopi tiam, toastbox and burger king. 5 minutes away from this hotel is a mini mart where you can get snacks. There is also a money changer just outside the lobby.We love how clean our room is everyday with new sets of towels and water bottles. The breakfast is good with variety of options. It was very easy to check in and out. Also,we had a nice sleep because the beddings are always clean and it is quiet.

The location was ok - but it was a more local working area and a taxi or public transport trip to any major attractions.

Poorly stocked and cleaner obviously it not monitored or spot checked for the quality of her workmanship. Only 2 pillows of poor quality no spare pillows in room. No glasses to drink out of and no wine glasses, what a joke this place is. Minimal tea and coffee and creamery, not even milk provided so definitely not a 4 star!! We definitely wont be staying again ever.

Review 56：I think we checked in at the peak season. The hotel was full of guests, so it took a long time to wait for elevators. The hotel was also rationing their toiletries. In our triple room, they gave us only one tiny hand soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo and a tiny bottle of shower gel, which is obviously not enough for 3 people.

They charge me different than booking.com rate. every night has a different price. I have to carry my own luggage,no bellboy to help. Review 99：Upon check-in, the staff attended to me is unfriendly. After check in, the internet log in was unaccessible in the nights, and when I went to the lobby, they set up for me. Upon reaching my room, the internet was not working again. 2nd nite, the same problem happened and I called the front desk. They did not bother to send anyone to the room to assess the problem. Instead just said that they will reset the WIFI set. Still, the internet could not work and I complained again to the front desk but still nobody came to my room 804. I am very frustrated since I am a business person and need internet access on my biz trip. I will not and will also tell my business associates not to stay in such unprofessional hotel.

Review 109：Facilities are rather old but still acceptable. Many details are not attented to, making the stay not comfortable enough. For example, the hair dryer is attached to the inside end of a drawer, which make it difficult to blow hair in front of the mirror. The shower hook's angle is not adjustable, so unless you are taller than 185cm, water would spray directly to your face when you place it on the hook and try to rub shampoo into hair. The hotel costs me and my parents around 180 USD a night, though Singapore hotels are mostly expensive, I don't consider this cheap, and the overall experience can't be called comfortable. After check in, I regret my choice right away and would rather have spent some more to stay in Novotel or holiday inn.

Review 110：Location is good, on the half way between Changi Airport and city centre. Hotel in right above Lavender MRT station, so we can reach major attractions easily. The view towards the river is good.

Review 135：Nearly everything, the first room we were given smelt of damp and was very dirty- with stained sheets/dirt and dust on the floor/stained towels. The second room we were moved to again was dirty and had a large thumping noise vibration down the wall - making it impossible to sleep. The third room stunk of smoke and had no hand towels and dirty toilet and mirror. The staff found it normal to just move us rooms and did not apologize for the inconvenience or the rooms. The staff were very rude in general as well as pushing to get into the lifts first. The breakfast was appalling, I have had better breakfasts in 2 star guest houses. No variety and the only thing worth eating was the toast. As soon as it was 10am the staff took all the food away and turned off the drinks machine and started tidying our plates away even though we had not finished. Breakfast was 7-10am, but I have never been anywhere that take your plates away before you have finished, we had arrived at 9.15, we just enjoy a leisurely breakfast seeing as we were on holiday. The hotel is a 2/3 star hotel maximum, it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms, staff and the facilities reflect this and was defiantly not worth the money we spent. I would spend your money elsewhere.
