Review 1：Staff is not polite. Never smile. I had problem with WC in my room, and never came to fix it.

Review 3：Staff vacuumed cleaned the corridors at 8.30PM while I was putting my kids to bed, very buzzare... There is WiFi Internet everywhere in the hotel but doesn't work in the rooms or works randomly so all a bit improvised only works at reception The kids area is great but randomly closes with no explanation Got an infection to my leg from the swimming pool sorry for the picture :( they clearly don't des infect the pool properly Depends where your room is you may hear loud noise at night from the hotel night club not great when you have young children with you... Food was average kids liked it

Review 5：No cleaning room service. In fact, no one tried to clean our room for 3 days. But, there was a "note" to put on a door "Please clean my room", so maybe they will clean only if you ask for. To far from town centar and ski cabin.

Review 8：No indoor pool - the indoor swimming pool was turned into 3 part jacuzzi FOOD - Poor. One sentence - you can't cook good meal with cheap products. Breakfast is a festival of non-edible meats and cheeses. Same for dinner even though the cooks show some fantasy, but it can't hide the products. LODGING - Poor. We had 2-bedroom flat and needed to change. The bedrooms were sort of 6 sq.m. Quite some tracks of poor maintenance. VIEW - Huge part of the rooms are facing the suburban scene of the railway station.

Review 9：Quite a difference in the level of the services offered: SPACenter - Exceptional. Huge area - 4 different sauna types, 3 steam baths, all maintained perfectly.

Review 10：I had food poisoning at the hotel so could only eat bread and drink weak tea for the rest of my stay.

We paid for deluxe double bed and instead the room was small, the fridge wasn't working, the heating wasn't working, there was no safe; and our view was looking at the parking on the back of the hotel. It was noisy and the food wasn't good. At the end we paid for a deluxe room which we didn't use.

Drink 's for guest with allinclusive servise could only be used at the restaurant where food is served not in the lobby bar , for dinner do not serve beer,because we had alliclusive servise i think should be served beer during the day. In the lobby bar of the hotel guests cudn't play cards .

Review 29：The hotel is not user friendly for couples with babies and young children that have strollers. The SPA is very dark so it make is very difficult to enjoy there with small kids or babies. Also do not try to peеl or cut an fruit with the knifes. They are not sharp and together with the spoons and the forks they are old.

Review 35：The first room smelled like there were 50 people who had smoked in it. We could not stand the stench. The other room was equipped with broken tv, the door did not open as it should, the bathroom was filled with water after the first use. The second room was slightly better but the wifi was under all chriticism. The food in the restaurants was nearly un eatable, except for some dishes...the staff was so rude and did not apologise for any of our unconveniences. The coffee undrinkable. Very rude staff once again. The spa was Cold and the staff rude. I would never visit this hotel again.

Review 36：The 'VIP rooms' were dated and in need of a makeover. The free wifi became intolerably slow as the hotel filled. Food was of poor-medium quality but kitchen did make the effort.

Review 43：It was awful to walk to spa only with the towels in front of the reception and the main entrance of the hotel, while other customers did check in/check out. They had to have changing rooms in the spa, or another entrance behind the main entrance. Also, there were a lot of kids diving in the pool without supervision making a fuss.

Review 46：Spa is a good one, saunas and Turkish hamam is fun. Magi is the girl to go for all the massages. Spa owner Tuncay is a cool guy, you can bargain;) Cleanliness and heating in the whole hotel was good. Rooms were too room that we could open the windows for some clean air. Free shuttle to the town and ski center gondola was very convenient. You'd have no problems at all about transportation to gondola. If you don't want to take the free shuttle, you can get a taxi easily and it would cost 4 € each way. Taxi drivers are used to carring skiers, they put all your equipment in the trunk easily. Guy in the ski room was so cool that he waxed our snowboards for free! Parking is no problem.

Review 47：Arrived at Hotel about 3pm after a long journey & to my dismay , reception staff informed me in very poor English that we have a problem, only 2 rooms instead of 3 & wanted to give me 2 rooms for 8 people! When I disagreed & presented my Booking .com voucher which was made 4 months in advance, we were told to wait at reception. We were kept waiting like idiots for 2 hours with arrogant tones & very poor communication in English. I had to incur the expense in phoning Booking.com to get this sorted. Nice hotel but staff are very arrogant & have no idea of customer relation/communication in English. Poor Wi-fi

Review 51：1) Heating through A/C and not radiators, therefore everywhere it was colder than expected and it was almost inexistent during the night.; no heating in the lobby of the hotel where also the lobby bar is located, it was cold in the restaurant (it was a very cold period though); 2) no storing spaces in the rooms (the wardrobe had no shelfs). 3) The hotel misinforms about different aspects - Description and info about the rooms are not consistent through hotel website and Booking.com and don't match reality (VIP room on website has 45 sqm and in reality it has max 30 sqm). On Booking.com the room we have reserved had one extendable sofa and our room had no sofa at all. Parking is not free as mentioned on our reservation on Booking- it's 6 or 10 leva per day. 4) Wifi is not working or working poorly.

Review 53：Speed of service, politeness... My jacket was stolen, had left it in the breakfast room, reported the fact, and no one cared about this. The first night we were a given a room where the heating was not working. We did ask for help and they did offered to bring as an extra heating unti!!! We asked from the the receptionist to enter the room and we asked him if he could sleep in room having 12 Co temperature! Then, he offered to give a new room, with appropriate heating.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. The people at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is great, you have to try the pancakes... Although the All Inclusive concept is more like Full Board, it is a great value for money!

Staff doesnt know English. 4.no towels for swimming pool. 5. not enough parking places. 6. when i called reception to bring me new towels they said that they dont have more clean towels. 7. no Internet in the room , in lobby bar was so poor. 8. water in jacuzzi was not clean. and for all this things we payed 1.300e . NEVER AGAIN!
