Review 3：We had a wonderful nine nights at this hotel during New Year's! We enjoyed it so much, we have booked 3 rooms for nine more nights in June to bring our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.
Review 4：Would not rent to us because we was under 21 even though we all had major credit cards and had already booked the room on booking.com I finally found a hotel and got down grounded and paid almost twice as much I will never even consider staying here again.

Review 6：When we arrived at the hotel, there were tons of young people in the lobby. The lady at the desk, said your room has been changed to a higher level than I normaly get. We have over booked. The room we have for you has a balcony over looking the river for the same price of your first floor room. Staff are great, breakfast has gotten better than in the past. They keep updating all of the rooms
Review 7：The staff was not helpful when our toilet became clogged, could only tell us that they would maybe fix it at 9am the next morning. My husband only wanted to borrow a plunger.

Review 11：Did not experience friendliness from the staff upon check in or felt very welcome. When I went to check out was the only time a staff person smiled at me. I will probably return because every other part of our stay was great but would like to remind staff there are a lot of hotels that make you feel appreciated and happy to see you so next time I hope I feel this way
Review 12：A couple of things. First this isn't a resort in a foreign country. I was taken aback by having envelopes left in room wanting tips. Second, I asked to change payment type for when I was ready to check out. Said no problem. The night before checking out the desk clerk was very rude and said he would not change the payment method. Next morning I was met by lots of excuses of why they didn't want to change such as,"the person that checked you in didn't know/understand". I said that's your problem, you should train them properly. They finally made the change but this experience ticked me off and for that reason I will not stay there again.

They had not returned when we left for the day! Upon returning for the night,the maids had hung our towels on the door with a do not disturb sign and had not touched our room at all!

Review 29：Room was very outdated. We were on the 5th floor and ceiling was split In two areas. Tub turn on faucet was covered in mildew. Was there for six days and tissues was never replaced. Housekeeping never vacuumed the room. Carpet had a big patch from a previous jacuzzi removed. One lamp in room and one wall light. Seems like other light on wall was forgotten to be installed. Very dark. Could not sit on balcony because loaded with large nest with spiders. Took my hair spray to kill the closet ones. Had to kill 3 wasp in room because of 2" gap in patio door. My husband fixed three TV cabinet draws, all were coming apart. Had to refuse first room they gave us because trash was in bathroom can and it was a handicap room with shower handicap seat thrown on floor under sink. My husband is an engineering manager from a resort and I am an engineering building inspector from same resort. All in all it just needs a lot of updating because it is in a great location
