Review 1：Booking.com shows that the hotel accepts credit cards, but they don't. There is an ATM across the road in KFC however, should you be short of cash. There is a laundry near by to the hotel, but it is only open on a Sunday.
Review 2：The room was clean. Good size. Air con good. Comfortable bed.
Review 3：They didn't register my bookings. Only 1 booking I made for my friends. They just simply said they are fully booked. How could that happened? And of course I argued with them. My bookings are confirmed and they should honoured me. Then, they ask me to go to next hotel to see if it is still available or not. I refused. They said it is sister's hotel. I said they have to arrange it for me. Then they call Casavilla Hotel and found that rooms are available. They force me to go there by myself and once again I refused. I said they need to do it for me. Then one guy sent me there. Luckily, there are still rooms available. My bookings were for 3 king size bedded room. But they only have for me 1 twin bedded room, 1 queen bed room and 1 king bed room. So, I accepted since tired already after few hours drive. The need to improve their management and how to face the customers. They can't just said like that. Until they change their way of business, I will never recommend this place to other people.
