Review 1：Nice table on the balcony, the only thing is there is no space to eat inside in the rare case of rain.
Review 2：Magda, the welcoming and polite lady in charge, shown us around and provided all the info we needed. She is extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a big plus being right on a private beach with a nice quiet garden.
Review 3：Dogs next door like to yap everytime you walk past and the driveway is a mass of potholes that fill with water when it rains.
Review 4：We stayed in the Studio Apartment with great sea/sunset views from the balcony. Clean and comfortable with a small but useable beach at the end of the garden. Good value.
Review 5：Seeing as there was no wifi and there is only one channel on tv (no cable tv) it we would just would recommend to have board games in the studio. Especially as Praslin is really quiet in the evening. Otherwise bring a good book. Or two...depending on the length of your stay.
Review 6：Great apartment (upstairs studio in a villa building) located on a quiet beach front in Anse Kerlan, good facilities for cooking in the kitchen as well as outdoor bbq, nice little balcony to enjoy sunsets. Reasonable price. The villa is located not far (5 min walk) from several shops and car rental companies such as Praslin holiday rental (reliable company). We were warmly welcomed and our host Marinette, the landlord, arranged for us to be picked up by a cab in the evening at the airport which was ideal as the villa isn't so easy to find at first. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. They would get back to us very quickly regarding enquiries (restaurants and take away, booking, cleaning, replacement of faulty microwave...). Marinette also booked for us our trip to Anse Georgette through Lemuria Hotel as we couldn't get hold of them. At last we forgot a jacket in the studio on our way to La Digue and only realized it after several days on our way back to Mahé. Marinette was lovely and she arranged for us to pick it up back in Mahé without any charges. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for peaceful villa with a great view on the ocean.
Review 7：We had a wonderful stay in Sunset Cove, wonderful location, private beach, house fully equipped, good price. I suggest to rent a car to visit the rest of the island also. Ask Marinette to book you access to Anse Georgette (walking distance), it is a must visit in Praslin!
Review 8：There was only one air conditioner in one bedroom. It was very hot in the lounge, kitchen and second bedroom. The private beach was not useable this time of year.

Review 10：When we were there (mid of August) the sea was quite rough in front of the apartment, so we could not swim there, but there are many other beaches which can be reached on foot or by bus. The neighbors were quite noisy at nights (listened loud music, shouting), but it is not the fault of Sunset Cove Villa.
Review 11：My wife and me spent 6 days at Sunset Cove Villa in the chalet. The chalet was clean and very spacious with all the equipment we needed (we were the only guest there). At first the location seemed a little bit far from the center but there are 3 shops within 5 minutes walk and the bus stop is also very close. The main bus stops here which goes through almost the whole island, so all the tourist attractions (jetty, beaches, national park) can be reached by bus easily and cheap. The sea is just a few steps and the veranda has a view to the sea from where you can enjoy the sunset every night. And the nicest beach (in our opinion) Anse Georgette can also be reached by foot (approx 30 minutes walk). So overall we recommend this apartment, it is a very good value for the money.
Review 12：I did like the fact that it had local supermarkets nearby for self catering and couple of restaurants. Then taking the bus you could get to Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio.
Review 13：Anse lazio need a lot way walk climbing hills or a long way drive around the isle.
Review 14：Sea view is wonderful! Incredibly beautiful yard which has great sunset sight. Facilities in the kitchen are great~ nice bedroom. Quiet at night except for waves and birds. Near anse georgette. Some market nearby.
