Review 1：Only negative was use of styrofoam plates instead of commercial china at breakfast. Would also recommend that a thermos of hot water and tea bags, cocoa packets be added to the complimentary coffee station in the lobby.

Review 2：Very friendly staff! Beautiful lobby with stone fireplace.Our room was larger than average in depth; bathroom was both deeper and wider than average with built in shelves for storage. Bath towels were soft and plush. Toiletries line was very good.Enjoyed the in room fireplace. Comfortable beds. Room fabrics and carpet were updated and appeared new. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate.

Review 3：The staff was phenomenal!!!! The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area was fabulous and we had a bonus with the game room. The kids loved it! My child ended up getting sick in the backseat of my car and the staff went above and beyond helping me get it cleaned. The gentleman working that night (I don't recall his name) even helped me wash the floor mat...in the dark. He was an answer to a prayer!!! Any request that we had, they made sure it happened. The breakfast...what a feast! Several food items to choose from. Plenty of tables and chairs. Large dining area. Breakfast was even kept open later than most hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely book rooms at Music Road Hotel for any future trips to Pigeon Forge!!

Review 4：The hotel has 7 floors and in the morning you need to spend some time waiting for elevators because they are already full. It's might be too crowded during breakfast too. Overal, it feels like a hotel in Las Vegas. If you look for a small, nice and cozy hotel, it's not the case. Breakfast is OK. We were glad that we booked it on booking.com with a discount. Without a discount, I think, it does not worse it.

Review 6：4 hours after making reservation online thru booking.com my credit card was compromised and charges showed up for Knoxville, TN. And 2 hours after I checked in and paid I got an email from the manager reminding me that my reservation IS a pay upon arrival booking. I thought that was rude since I had already paid?

Review 17：No one attending outside pool area for safety. Parents left kids under 14 alone and this caused several incidents of other parents having to deal with incidents. Especially at 9pm.

I liked the fact that the microwave and fridge was enclosed with a door. , We really enjoyed the pool with the slide and diving board, lazy river was small, and loved the fact the inside pool was open 24 hrs. It was 2 hours late. the room adjoining ours was occupied the second night when they got there they tried to get through the locked door numerous times,screaming, running and carrying on and this stayed going on until 1230 in the morning.

Review 53：Not a very nice view, room was at the front of the hotel and all you see is parking lot, a hotel to the left across the street, and another hotel to the right across the street,inbetween these is an empty lot and a cemetery, no mountain veiw anywhere from the balcony. The back of the Hotel has a view of the stream and trees not sure what else you can see. There was a convention for antique cars while we were there and parking was at a premium and the rally started early with cars honking and lots of noise from the parking lot. The pool area is in front and to the right of the Hotel and only clearly visible from rooms on one side of the Hotel. Not a hotel to stay in for nice views of the Smokies. The hotel is completely non smoking including the Balcony area. I did see ash recepticals in one area of the back veranda. I don't smoke but my visitors did and had to leave the room to smoke instead of just stepping out onto the balcony. Would stay again but insist on a room at the back with the view of at least the stream. Staff was great though and very helpful.

Review 54：Very nice Lobby, beautiful large seating areas. Small store with very nice emergency offerings for forgotten items and custom made jewelry displays. Very clean and comfortable rooms,freindly staff. Gorgeous outdoor pool area and wonderful indoor heated pool and game room. terrific breakfast and eating area was clean and well layed out. very nice back patio area overlooking stream. Very quiet and relaxing location. Location was slightly off the busy main drag but just 2 blocks from busy shopping areas. Towels and linnens were first quality,thick and soft. Very comfortable beds.

The water park seems a little smaller in person, but really, great fun! the kids (4 and 7) said the place was "royal!" Nifty arcade area, very nice lobby, friendly staff, clean room, large area for breakfast - it was quite a pleasant stay.

Review 68：I didn't like the fact that the gym is located across the street at the Music Road Inn. In inclement weather this will pose a problem if you want to work out.

They loved being able to be inside or out plus the water slide and the lazy river...also it was convenient for all the attractions there. Will defiantly go back. Review 72：There needs to be better accommodations for the smoking community. No smoking rooms provided and even the balcony was off limits to smoking! You face a $250 fine! The front desk told us we had to be outside and at least 30 ft away from the building. As if that wasn't bad enough, it was often raining and no cover provided unless you wanted to be at the front door where cars load and unload. Again, being at least 30 ft away from the building! Hotels need to remember; smokers are paying customers too. Truth be known, counting the closet smokers and ones who only smoke on vacation, we may outnumber the rest of you! On a second note, the pool was beautiful, but a tragedy waiting to happen. No lifeguard, no order and lacking safety. The facility appeared to be safe, however the slide and diving board need to be monitored for proper use.
