Review 1：No hair dryer. The water dispenser is outside of the room. No cups, forks, spoons, tea and coffee.
Review 2：Great location near Taiping Mall and Bukit Larut. Lots of eateries at the coffee shops nearby. Opposite there's one malay restaurant. Staffs are friendly. Parking space in front of the hotel.
Review 3：Poor. No parking space provided. We will have to locate for public space and spare parking coupon ourselves. When returned late at night, there was no parking at all. Lobby is very small, not even chair provided. If you will have to wait at the lobby, then you have to stand. Room is not clean, there was three cockroaches (two dead and one half alive) and "kuaci" peel under the bed. Opposite the building is karaoke, hence, you won't get a relax and soundless sleep at night. It's noisy until morning. Hotel facilities: Shower tap is damage, no glass for drinks in the hotel, no water boiler. If you need to make a coffee at night, you need to get a glass from the reception and pour the hot drinks at the alleyway. The television auto turn off when we're watching at the moment and you have to switch on after every few minutes. Worst was I booked for One Deluxe Kings Room with one king size bed half, and they gave me Superior Suite (two single bed) when I checked in with my kids. They told me no room available. You yourself think about it if I would ever recommend to friends !! Your will regret!!

Review 5：Plumbing in the shower need to be unblocked as water does not flow out quickly. Also, on the first floor, the carpets next to the water fountain is constantly soaking wet as there is a major plumbing issue to be rectified. It is unsafe and unhealthy.
Review 6：Its walking distance to the new Taiping Mall, the market and many other coffee shops and eating places. You could also walk 0.7 km to the Lake Gardens to where the pier is. At night, the whole place is lighted up with many patrons at the outdoor eating places and the many night cubs and karaoke. In the old days 50 years ago, this area used to be the Red Light district but today this is the Bright Lights district !
Review 7：No qiblat direction Channel only avaiable inmandarin / chinese ...no tv1,tv2,tv3 ,tv9 ..astro only astro prima Very noisy because the location is in town .. disco are all around the corner. no parking for guest we have to get our own parking ticket the nearest is accross the street and avaiable after 9.30am. the toilet is not friendly ..the cubic is annoying.. i am sorry if you did not face the same experience as mine as this referring to the room that i check in ..my room is facing the road side exspecially on the noice part and im choosing the premier room which may have different toilet layout

Review 9：Well I hope that watever that I m saying will be looked into...pparking was the only problem that I faced...even though there was parking outside but even then there were nights that I had 2 park a bit far...the hotel has no private parking...I even got a ticket(summon)...cause of the parking...there was no brief about the parking...that was the only disappointment...iI really hope that u guys will look into this...

Review 11：It s located in shop house area. Very noisy at night as it s near to few pubs. There is no kettle and fridge in the room.

Review 13：There is 3 points to be improve and noted : 1) shower area is always flooded after using and its take times to clear . Inconvenience to next user . 2) after midnight opposite pubs/ bar playing very music . 3) surprisingly that is a miscommunication between hotel and booking.com regarding the confirm payment where it is a public holiday . My confirmed payment by booking.com is RM186 excluding tax , however hotel requested extra RM10 for room due to public holiday , however hotel staff finally agreed to waive after I explained its between hotel and booking.com issue and it shouldn't be mine as I pay what its stated in my email .
Review 14：Overall the hotel is good ranging from bed to toilet . Staff helpful , English well spoken and hotel is near to all major places of interest .
