Review 3：Central room - this was located in the centre of the building and didn't have an exterior view, though there were windows into the hallway.

Review 5：The front-of-house woman on our check-out was perhaps the rudest person I've encountered in an Australian hotel: a bit like Faulty Towers but without the intelligence or the humour. Would not return based on her customer service. However, front-of-house people on check-in were very helpful and good-humoured.

Review 9：We did not like the room which was small. cramped, dirty with the ceiling paint needing urgent attention. Even though we gave the hotel an exact time of arrival, and the temperature was in the 30's they did not have the room air-conditioning turned on. As such, we could not stay in the room until it cooled down in about one and a half hours. The hotel also advertised swimming facilities which is a porkey, the pool is the municipal pool next door which given such a hot day, was untenable due to the crowd in there. Finally, there is no children's menu available so one is either forced to eat away from the hotel or go out for a take away. All in all. a very bad experience.

Review 11：It was not clean. Left over toiletry wrappers in the toilet paper nook, hairs on the floor and wall of the shower. Would certainly not recommend. Cobwebs at the reception.

Review 13：Room was recently renovated, however will never be anything but a done up pub room. Bathrroom tiny. Had to squeeze under vanity to sit sideways on toilet. Aircond worked but did not seem to cool the room down. Noisy fridge that I had to unplug to sleep. The only window was facing the passageway, so noise from other guests walking past, and slamming doors. Over all a fairly cramped room

Review 33：It was not disclosed that the window to the room looked out into a dark enclosed internal hallway. Nor did it properly identify where the room was situated in the building. If I had known the room was in the internal core of the building, I would have changed by booking accordingly. By the time I had checked in and realised the situation it was too late as the hotel was booked out by then. :(

Review 35：I placed an order on my return trip to Adelaide. For personal reasons, I cancelled it about 3 days ago before the date I had to check in. I can't believe it that the hotel still charged the whole amount of my hotel fee even the policy said Free Cancellation!

Review 71：Noisy hallways outside our room windows meant we could hear every word people said. this disturbed our sleep almost every night we were there. Doors slamming shut....doors should be fitted with mechanism to avoid the sudden shutting.

Review 79：We were a party of two couples. We paid for a standard double room for each. Our room was 102. It was a box compared to the other room and the ensuite was a cupboard. The stairs ran along one side of the room so was very noisey. The set up of having a window onto a corridor was like being in a hospital side room. I got $20 off my bill when I complained!
