Review 1：they said we could check in early but then never called us back. Also the tub was slow to drain.

Review 2：indoor/outdoor hot tub; nice livingroom and open plan kitchen- great for entertaining

Review 3：Not enough towels, real cheap tissue, bathtub backing up. Extra towels are a mile away. Other than that, pretty satisfied.

Review 5：The absolutely only thing that was a challenge for us was that there was no spatula in the kitchen so that we could flip the pancakes I had planned for breakfast.

Review 7：We did not like that we saw no staff to help with any requests on the premises. We saw what seemed to be someone taking out the garbage, but that is it. We wanted to request more towels, but no one was available. The WiFi barely worked and kept cutting in and out. It was not useful at all.

Review 8：The check-in process was a little inconvenient, mostly because we were unfamiliar with the territory. Then, the keys provided would not work (apparently a new lock) and it was not easy to get a different key (back in the car and drive to the office).

Review 9：The location was the prime selling point for us. The 2-bedroom unit (with the hide-a-bed) worked well for our family, which had five young children.

Review 10：We had a hard time checking in, I never received any information as far as the check in location being different from the location of the condo. We arrived at trails end and couldn't figure out where to check in. After asking another couple they gave us directions to the ski rental shop where you could check in. I went back through my entire conformation e-mail and didn't see anything about having to go there to check in which we found very frustrating. Even when we arrived there was no information or signage that we were at the right place. After we figured that all out and got our keys we were very excited to see the place, especially after looking at all the nice pictures online. When we arrived it was very underwhelming, the condo was very dated and definitely not was I was expecting, especially for $378 a night. I know the location was great and that's what you pay for, especially up in Breckinridge, but I was expecting a more luxurious condo. Overall we had a great time, but I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Review 12：Water pressure really bad. I'm used to pressured water. I realize it might be to save water and the law to regulate it, (same thing in Orlando) not sure, but it wouldn't stop me from comming back. Parking lot was full on weekends, we had to park on unmarked spot.

Review 13：The best thing about this condo is the location ! Steps from Quicksilver Super 6. Really close to town. Our unir was a one bedroom condo, enough space for 2, would not try to fit more, not even one child. Greta Wi-Fi, good living space and, finally a good humidifier! Sensitive smoke detector, close the bateriam door when showering! :) Carbon monoxide detectors in bedroom and living room. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Review 14：Unfortunately there is no drying room for boots. We used the sofa bed in the lounge and unfortunately there were no curtains. You may want to ask for a unit with curtains if using this option.

Review 15：Trails End is a true ski-in and ski-out facility. The Quicksilver chairlift is just outside the back door. It is also easy to catch a free bus to the Beaver Creek Lift if you don't want to walk around the corner. The main street is also just around the corner. The shuttle service is excellent and will take you anywhere in Breckenridge. We also found the unit very quiet. The spa pools were clean and having the option of using the pool across the street was also great. The unit was comfortable, warm and spacious.
