Review 1：Extremely very rude staff.They called the police on us for no reason. Without even consulting us first. The police were even embassed to have been called there in the first place. Then a male staff member wanted to have a fight with my step father. The room was dirty and full with cockroaches. The good was awful. Overpriced waste of money

Review 3：Unfortunately the day we arrived there was also a wedding. Our room was near another room that had a lot of people going in and out for a number of hours. This happened to coincide with the time we chose to rest because we were going out that night and as I have multiple sclerosis I need to ensure I had rested during the day. We understand that sometimes these things happen.

Review 5：Drunken wedding guests kept us awake in the early hours of the morning - swearing and making noise because they had lost their room key .... or something!!!!!!!!

Review 7：Spa trouble meant power to the room had to be turned off resulting in an uncomfortable night but we were compensated with an upgraded room and free night. All staff were lovely.

Review 17：You have a wonderful opportunity with this property to make it something special.The Motel facilities left us cold.Towels were clean but grubby looking.AC not working,curtains not hooked up.Pictures on the wall in hotel not straight. Generally unkempt, needs some love. Looks like no one cares, just does their job and leaves.Not enough extra blankets for winter.

Review 22：We would have preferred a quieter venue, there was partying to late Saturday night. Our aircon died and it was cold in the room without it. Apparently the people in another room had the same problem. A cheery staff member with a curly moustache kindly found us an electric heater.

Not value for money.It was not well signposted to get to. We thought we arrived at a hotel and had to really look to find the "resort"

Review 37：The view was absolutely spectacular and the staff were very friendly and most helpful. We couldn't get a taxi and the staff kindly drove us into town and picked us up again later. They were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Review 38：Beds were very average, I expect a queen size bed, not 2 singles stuck together with a giant seem in the middle. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbour is doing.
