Review 1：I went out of room and I asked the staff to plz clean the room and I did back after 6 hours finding nothing changed in room,no clean,no fresh towels and I gad to ask for fresh towels as they told me it's late now for cleaning....was getting me too much upset and unhappy.Except this was fine.

Review 18：The receptionist was rude on check in, we were not shown to our rooms or given directions to where our room was we had to ask for WI-FI password as we were not given it The hotel rate was different from what we had originally requested online the room light switches were hanging off the wall allowing potential electrocution (Very Dangerous) the bathroom shower leaked water after every shower all over the floor The Air Conditioning as advertised was not included as the hotel centrally controls the air conditioning and as such had decreed it was not hot enough to warrant allowing us to have the AC. The breakfast from an English point of view was lack lustre, the eggs were cold, and the toaster was not working upon trying to put toast on. No Tea available. only stayed one night, the staff were not friendly or accommodating.
