Review 1：We couldn't raise the temperature in the hot tub, so it was just a tad too cool in the evenings (only went to 36C). Also, it would have been good to have some extra sheets to cover the pull-out beds - had to just sleep on the cushions.

Review 5：very clean apartment in a lovely village I enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna and sharing it with another apartment was no issue The host was extremely helpful and we were also very happy with the girl who babysat our baby one evening.

Review 8：The 50 euro cleaning fee did seem a little excessive, but this does include the apartment, balcony and sauna/hot tub area. So maybe that's how this costs.

Review 18：We stayed in apartment #2 at House Neža for a week in July, and it really lived up to all the fantastic reviews! The apartment is modern, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. The balcony is huge, comfortably holding a large seating area, a table and chairs, two sun loungers and of course the hot tub. The hot tub is a wonderful addition, such a great way to relax at the end of the day, well worth spoiling yourself. The apartment also comes with a sauna, which we didn’t use but could see was also modern and clean. House Neža is perfectly situated in Kranjska Gora, set in a quiet area with stunning views all round to the surrounding valley and mountains. Within a few steps you are in the centre of town with access to a wide variety of places to eat and drink – it’s quite literally a two minute walk. The supermarket is also within two minutes should you need any provisions. Choose a different direction and you can be walking in forests, up secluded valleys, by rivers or lakes, in spectacular surroundings all from the door - truly an amazing place! Private car parking is provided on site and we were also given the use of bikes without charge. The manager and staff were exceptional; friendly and genuinely so helpful, I can’t praise them highly enough for making us feel comfortable and welcome. A few conversations really helped give tips for great local walks and places to see, and the pointers for places to eat were spot on. The manager doesn't live on site, but the nearby reception area often had someone on hand should you need them. This gives the perfect balance of easy access to any help you may need, but without any sense of intruding on your space. Overall House Neža is a first class base for a wide variety of activities; our intention was to relax and just add in a few short walks, but I would also definitely use this as a base for a more serious walking trip or any kind of touring.
