Review 1：Towel pool must be requested by guest. Should have more astro channel No half boiled egg for breakfast..alot of guests asked.

Review 3：Short Of Staffs in maintaining the cleanliness, can see used plates, cups (same spot) along the walkway to rooms the moment we checked in till we checked out . Shower was not separated with no floor mat resulted the whole bathe room cum toilet was wet, wet & wet.

Review 5：The pool was packed with people. Most were not wearing the proper swimming attire. On Friday the water was clear. On Saturday, the pool water became cloudy. There was no attempt to clean the pool in the evening. The water was so filthy on Sunday. There was poor security measures, when a vagabond can enter into the restaurant to beg and disturb the guests.

Review 7：Booking.com confirned my request for 'connecting room' was granted BUT it was not. Some disconnect in communication. Limited basement carpark which is also very narrow.

Review 9：Asked then a few questions during booking, but till I checked in - noreplies from them. This is very bad. This might be due to this hotel iswholly run by malays - which is not famed for their work ethics andculture. It was noted earlier this hotels only accept malay guests only!

Review 12：The hotel looks clean and nice at the lobby. But don't be fooled. The room was very small, smelly and dirty. They charged me higher than the price quoted to me by booking.com. I couldn't understand what are the extra charges but I didn't want to argue and just paid it. Actually I don't mind paying extra, but the room was just so dirty for me, I feel it is really not worth the money the charged me. I strongly wont recommend this hotel to anyone. When I book a hotel, what I really look for is cleanliness. The hotel parking was so dirty and smelly I felt like vomiting. Luckily I left my kid at the lobby and went to park the car on my own. This hotel did not fulfill that at all.

Unpleasant. the corridors were not swept and made clean. Bunches oh hair were spotted tru the 2nights we stayed there. The room price was too expensive for a 3 star hotel and facilities. There were no nice decoration in the hotel other than in tge lobby. When u reach up to the floors , where I was stYing in 6 level , it gives u a feeling , like u are in a chalet. Thumbs down for that and the toilet.

Review 31：Your front supervisor (as written on the nametag) as we first arrive at the registration did not welcome us nicely and spoke to us with a bad face.. She never smile at all and spoke seriously when we asked about the discount rate.

Review 43：Recently I travelled with my wife for our Wedding Anniversary celebration in Taiping and prior to my stay, arrangements for special room set-up was arranged through the Hotel Executive by the name of Puan Sukma and when we check-in to our room I am truly amazed by all the beautiful floral set-up, special anniversary cake and nice room allocated for us that were all arranged by Puan Sukma. Thank you so much to her and her team ! I truly appreciate it so much and I will definitely return to stay at Taiping Perdana Hotel again ..

Review 44：WIFI was available, however, we failed to connect to it using our I Pad, and we end up using our own data plan. The swimming pool was right in the middle of the building, the noise from the children playing in the pool will circulate around the building, which can be heard inside the room. The walkway is actually quite dark during the day, however, no light had been turned on during the day, which was quite dangerous. Breakfast was average

Wife had to use ventolin asthma puffer as soon as we got into room! 3.Shower design - not separate from toilet which meant whole toilet & shower wet after someone had shower. A little shower cubicle would solve this. 4. General location - dirty and neglected looking part of town. Place outside in need of big clean up. Yards, rubbish, houses in need of paint.
