Review 1：Neighbors were too loud (and our room smelled like marijuana because they had so much in their room). When we asked the front desk to move us to a quieter room, one staff member came and confronted the neighbors before we'd moved rooms, and pointed out that it was us who'd complained. This clearly made it uncomfortable for us to be on the property and we absolutely could no longer leave our vehicle unattended overnight now that these guests could identify it. Then the staff member told us we are responsible for cleaning our room before we move rooms! After the past six years of relying exclusively on red roof inn for my travel lodging needs, I am shocked this staff member handled it this way and very disappointed we were forced to ask for a refund and leave the property to find a safe l, non-RRI place to stay for the night.
Review 2：The beds were not comfortable at all. The room decor older and the room in general was a little run down.
Review 3：The location was convenient for traveling to Philadelphia and safer than staying in the city. The price was also reasonable. The staff were friendly.

Review 18：Guy at desk at night (heavy-set younger dude) was horrible. We asked for clean sheets (hair and lipstick on the sheets) and he said "We have none, but I can just check you out and refund you" Come to find out, the morning manager said they indeed did have clean sheets!
Review 19：I am not from that area, even though there is family that lives there. The staff was able to give me very good directions so I wouldn't have to have family come and pick me up or so I wouldn't have to spend more money on the turnpike (tolls to enter and exit each time). Thanks RRI staff
