Review 1：The manager was quick to blame the guest for a couple of issues that were brought up such as the TV was inop because of faulty wiring in the wall box. When I explained the issue while checking out he immediately became defensive indicating no one else had complained so it must be me. I told him, it didn't matter to me as I was leaving but he may want to know for future guests....and I left. Another staff member found the issue after having worked on it for over an hour. She temporarily fixed the problem. Will not be booking this complex in the future. Staff is available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. only.

Review 2：The condo was nicely appointed and clean.

Review 3：Too much tile in living area. Smoke alarm kept going off every time we cooked in the oven. We finally just took the batteries out of it! Man in office seemed disgruntled and unhappy.

Review 4：Beatiful area, lots of little shops to keep you busy. Better to come to stay during the summer, a lot of places were closed for the winter. Hotel was clean, comfortable bed. Huge bathroom area.

Review 5：Units are worn, 5-10 years overdue for renovation, and not the cleanest. Examples: couch and carpet are quite stained. Pull-out couch mechanism was broke. Layers of dust/dirt in closet. Broken window shades.

Review 6：Great location and view. Staff was helpful at check-in, and when called to help fix pull-out couch. For the November rates, it was a good value, but at peak season rates I would have been dissapointed.

Review 7：unit needs some major maintence.........plaster at patio door was cracking and crumbling, kitchen countertop was cracked and missing formica. Deck needed refinishing.

Review 9：Staff was irritable when I asked for additional towels. Mattress on pull out couch had mildewy black spots on the underside of mattress cover. I asked the housekeeper via detailed note to change the pad and tipped her. It was not done. Jet tub and sink were cracked and needed to be replaced. Those things really ruined my stay.

Review 11：The shower and bath tub were peeling, so if you were thinking about using the tub you wouldn't, kinda gross! The sink was cracking and needed to be replaced. Nice place but needs some new things for what you pay.

Review 15：The bed was like a mini queen bed and i had already called earlier and said I have a baby and we r big ppl we need a king bed but on arrival we were told no availability and when we asked for a king bed switch the next day they wanted to charge us 25 dollars (cleaning expense-urgh shudnt that be included in the charge) however later they called and accepted to refund us the third night and we checked out which was polite and nice. And the other thing is beware that the beach beds are laying of wet wood and every bed has like millions of bugs flying around it. The last thing is that beware that pool is not heated but the jacuzzi is really hot so it was a challenge swimming the baby bc two pools one is too hot and one is too cold but water was super clean though

Review 16：well equipped condo. Has sink fridge dishwasher clean dishes spoons forks knives cups laundry room with dryer. clean towels, two tvs. I liked it on first impression basis. The condo itself is super clean and neat.

Review 24：The property was well kept and the staff went over and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns. The beachfront is beautiful and the chairs provided were very comfortable.

Review 25：The staff and office had inconvenient hours. They opened late and closed early. If we needed anything, there was no one available. The overall appearance of our unit was run down and a bit shabby. The sofa sleeper was worn out and needed replaced. The kitchen looked worn and needed a facelift. The bath was nice and and bedroom comfortable. In dire need of a decorator! Overpriced to be sure for what we got.

Review 26：The location was good. The beach lounge chairs on the beach were comfortable and better than any other condo offerings we saw. The housekeeping was excellent....much better than most anywhere we've stayed, and we travel frequently. The property was in a good location.

Review 27：We booked a room for 3 adults and they didn't inform us that it was one sofa bed and 1 regular bed.

Review 29：We stayed here on our wedding night, even though we live in Traverse City. We were hoping for a charming spot on the water as it was quite pricey. We were really disappointed. The decor was very outdated, appeared to be run down, even peeling wallpaper. ..not what we expected to see when paying over $400 for one night. We will not recommend this place to our out of town friends and family.

Review 30：The man at the desk said our reservation was for the 15th, which was wrong, I booked the 16th. He was not personable.

Review 32：Bathroom was in need of a wipe down. Lots and lots of wear and tear. Bathtub so cracked and old we didn't even consider using it. Sofa bed beyond uncomfortable. The bed in bedroom was fine, but it got so hot and stuffy back thete even with the air on.

Review 46：The shower was not very big in conjunction to the size of the bathroom. There were no "seats" in the hot tub so we did not feel comfortable using it. The towels were clean but scratchy. Some of the blinds were broken. There was a light bulb that needed changing in the living room.

Review 48：Bathroom was a little too used. There were water leakage spots on ceiling where probably the upstairs unit overflowed. The tube is quite old and needs to be refinished. I think, in general, the condo we were in needs to be updated. While still nice, it was a little outdated as far as decor goes.

Review 52：The apartment was clean, comfortable and well accommodated. The location is superior. One morning it was quite windy and we watched an eagle ride the air current for several minutes. That was a special treat (and we were not charged extra for that. Ha!).

Review 54：Very spacious, great view, having a kitchen was wonderful so you could bring some of your own food and drink, my husband and I felt very at home.

Review 55：The bed was horrible. My wife and I had trouble sleeping every night and would wake up with back pain. The WiFi was in and out and we tried using the jacuzzi but the water went cold before we could even get it filled.

Review 67：I didn't like the WiFi service! It was horrible. Very weak signal. The phone also did not work and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. I had to wash every dish before use!

Review 71：I didn't like the sleeping arrangements. The room should have had a king bed and the sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. Everything was pretty old and the office is only open from 10-10. I thought the pool closed too early (it's still light out until about 10pm).

Review 72：I liked that it had a full kitchen. All rooms had a view of the beach and the beach was fantastic! I liked that they had rentals right next to the property. I liked that it had a street light right at the property - it made it easy to go anywhere without having to worry about traffic.

Review 73：There were a few issues like the shower knob didn't work and the phone didn't work, but the staff came to fix it right away within minutes.

Review 74：The size of the room was amazing and the view, I recommend a top, corner suite. The room was awesome for a wonderful time. We want to come back every year. Also, the pool is really nice, it is sheltered from the winds of the lake.
