Review 1：Wifi connection in the room is bad although using a lap top. Limited parking space.
Review 2：We got a connecting room which is great. Simple room but it is very clean.
Review 3：Its too noisy at the floor corridors, guests coming back from the bar and making noise, talk loudly at middle of the night. Not to mention the door slamming part too! Cant sleep whole night due to the noises by other guests.

Review 9：The view from my room over the lake made the whole of my stay in Taiping worthwhile. For example, I saw families of monkeys commuting each morning and evening between the lakeside "five o'clock trees" and their home in the nearby hills.
Review 10：Toilet cannot flush. Aircon noisy at nite. Welcoming at reception check in counter should have greeting ,,and basic courtesy and smile. Room should have nice smell.

There's open car park opposite the hotel tho Didn't know lake view isn't available for my room type, should place clear photos or remarks to avoid disappointment. After all location and the lake view is main selling point Poor wifi reception in my room

Review 14：During my stay in room 313 got lots of fly's and i have order chicken chop and fly's come on it... due to eating that food my mother have been effected with fever, vomiting & cirit birit...have complaint to the management &KKM.... so i and really wishing the management to improve on this... as i am requesting the owner to call me and talk... or i will have to talk to my lawyer...

Review 18：It had a blackout. None of the staff knew wat to do. Guests were left walking in pitch dark corridor to stairways. No staff were there to assist. I had to walk down 4 floors of stairs in almist pitch dark. Only to find all staffs were on ground floor chatting. There were no emergencyy lightings n lifts were not working. Very disappointing

Review 22：facilities really minimal, only 1 pillow for each twin bed. Nott a single extra The bedlinen did not feel fresh, perhaps not well washed. one of the pillows was smelly. The room did not even have a closet, jus a rail with some hangers. thankfully, we asked for adjoining rooms and got them.

When spaces in front of hotel became available security personnel refused to allow us to park telling us that these car parks are reserved for the suites.

Review 37：Food at Hu Jing GE restaurant was below expectation. No refrigerator in rooms. Asked for a higher room but was given next to the restaurant which curtailed my sleep due to weddings. Requested for an in house carpark. Somehow, unavailable for 2 consecutive days and need to park opposite hotel where my hired car was scratched by another unidentified car.

To ensure dryness of the toilet area. 3) Request for additional pillow from 3pm and call the house keeping more than 3 times and only deliver after 8pm.

Review 51：The hotel is clean . They only charge RM12 for buffet breakfast though the meals are simple . The hotel is in front of the taiping lake. But be cautious walking around the lake at night as robbery can happen there. The head of the security was kind enough to open the door to the rooftop for us to shoot the sunrise at 6.30am . Kudos to him !
