Review 1：Balcony nice, but very noisy due to aircons placed right next to it. Forget about the promised massage and spa - it's closed. There is a swimmingpool, but due to the closed spa, you can not access the pool directly from the hotel, but have to walk along a public road and climb the stairs to 4th floor to get to it. If you plan to stay at Central Park for to be able to stroll across the street to Metropolitan park, forget it! The nearest entrance is in the other end of the park! And that is quite far!

Review 2：Very good breakfast, with bread, cheese, ham, milk, juice, eggs of your choice, youghurt and fruit. Very helpfull and kind staff. Nice balcony.

Review 3：The floor on the shower was far from being clean and the carpets outside of the room had a weird smell and were not clean neither.

Review 5：The list of what is wrong with this place is to long to mention in this review. My advice is AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL AS LISTED. ONE STAR WOULD BE TO MANY.

Review 7：There was no hair dryer, no coffee for the coffee pot and then it didn't work. On the return trip stay, the room had no hot water.

Review 24：We liked the hotel and its location. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is located next to the Metropolitan Park and not far from the modern city center. There are several restaurants and convenient stores in the area. It is easy to get around by taxi (very inexpensive). The hotel’s personnel was friendly and eager to help. We liked the service so much that we booked this hotel again for our post-cruise stay. Should we visit Panama City again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Review 25：The hotel is located on a very busy street as a result it is extremely noisy from the traffic. We asked for a higher room, but it made little difference. The hotel said it was newly constructed, but everything seemed a bit dated.

Review 30：1. The room had inadequate lighting -- at night it was impossible to sit and read by any lamp. The three table lamps had bulbs that together equaled the light of a single feeble match.2. The walls were barren -- it felt like a prison cell: no pictures; no graphics; no mirrors. 3. While the rest of the room was clean, the floor covering looked old and dirty. 4. The breakfast buffet was very spartan - it had no warmth and welcoming feel. 5. I could not get my boarding pass printed out -- hotel system is woefully inadequate. 6. Absolutely no hotel security: people can come and go as they please.

Review 31：To be fair:1. The room was clean -- there were no offensive odors nor was there any dirt or grime present. 2. The bathroom was the highlight: it had a clean, excellent shower. 3. It was quiet until morning when then construction crew at the highrise going up across the street hammered its presence loudly. 4. The bed was firm but comfortable. 5. The room was huge. 6. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to please.
