Review 1：I didnt get what ive paid for. It stated there the price included breakfast but when on that day i suppose to have breakfast, they said the price is not included but in the email also stated there. Im so pissed off.. After arguing, they agree to give me breakfast but for one person (husband told not eat if just for one person only). Wth! I think booking.com suppose to clarify with the hotel. Suck the day for me and family.

Review 3：We stayed here for 3 days 2 night, we been asking and called to ask by the receiptionist : hi, just want to check with you, are you checking out today? (except the day we check in, almost every day we have been ask) Even on the check out day, in the morning, someone just called and ask what time are we checking out 9.00am in the morning!

Review 5：tips: - to avoid the loud disco nights ask for a room on level 10 (or above) - if you don't have malaysian ringgits then get them at the next-door neighboring tesco shopping center at a very fair rate - spend at least 1 housekeeping session while your room is being tidied up so you can tell housekeeping your comments (they will heed your comments, do not worry :) and a little 20 malaysian ringgits tip go a long way :) )

Review 6：- AMAZINGLY friendly staff (thank you ramesh) :) - good-valued and varied buffet - we got a room with double and really big windows for plenty of sunlight and amazing view :) - laundry service is amazingly tidy and neat - excellent sound-insulation in the rooms - convenient availability of the safe-deposit box - and above all, EXCELLENT value for your buck, will surely come back

Review 7：Poor wifi, if you are expecting somethings you Will dissapointed. We took 1 hour to check in. Next day We meet another family also facing the same problem, they even worst they took 3 hours to check in. When we gt the room cards and the room wasn't clean yet the room is still messed. I call up to reception and request for room changing. It is noisy when night , because there is a pub nearby. If you just looking for a place to stay then it is alright.

Review 8：Room is a little bit dusty, but still acceptable. There was a china tourist group when we were staying there, there were 2 times (at night 10pm and morning 9am) they came to knocked and banged the door, only to realise they have knock the wrong door. We went for the friday dinner buffet, but there is no fresh oyster and sashimi serve as advertise, but overall the food was quite nice and refill was fast.

Review 19：Everything; frm friendly security officers to front desk receptionist to bell boy to housekeepers and the spacious room and the infinity Swimming pool and the gym. Hotel opened recently in Oct 2015 so everything is very new. And lobby is great with nice design and furnishings. Lots of parking too. The priced paid for is considered a very good bargain to what I get. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Review 20：1. This hotel page stated AMEX was accepted, which was the reason I booked the hotel as I only use this card. But when I wanted to pay, staff said they dont accept AMEX. So it is FALSE advertising. 2. Room was full of dust. Not cleaned properly. Airconditioning most likely culprit. 3. We stayed on Saturday. Unknown to us, there was a disco nearby, which played LOUD,THUMPING NOISE till 4am! We can't sleep!! Why on earth did we book this hotel???
