Review 1：The extra decorating for the holidays done by the staff was really appreciated! Every little detail was attended to, including the lovely breakfast featuring local Michigan products. The room was beautiful, again with little touches that made our stay perfect.

Review 2：Perfect location in Traverse City. View of the Bay was great and the Inn is very well cared for. The Bay Harbor studio is perfect for a special romantic occasion.

Staff and facilities were one of the best around. Big Thank You to staff for making this lil mini vacation for a 85 yr old woman a great experience.

Review 5：Didn't get much sleep, the ceilings are terrible, we could hear every little foot step and noise of the people above us every night, even with the fan unit and tv on. Terrible insulation job or thin floors. Something has to be remodeled. Sorry, no one will return to a ground floor unit. Grout in shower needs some attention. Wall heater in living room made creaking noises, couch was uncomfortable.

Review 23：The staff were very helpful and welcoming, even when my girlfriend and I were forced to check in at 2am, due to travel problems, flying in from Chicago. The room was very comfortable after a long journey and breakfast had a wide selection and was well prepared.

Like most hotels, water pressure in shower was subpar.

Our hair dryer was broken and they did bring up a replacement which only worked on high and was their only extra one. The breakfast buffet was so crowded and disorganized we only went there once even though we were there for 3 days. Two nights we came back to the hotel and no one was at the front desk. One night there was a sign saying they stepped away and to dial O for assistance. Makes you wonder a little about safety/security as anyone could wander in and get up to the guest rooms

Review 74：It didn't look as if the remodel had been completed in time for the tourist season to start. Many finishing touches were missed. The tile floor in the entrance and bathroom still had dried paint that had been dripped and not cleaned up. The other guests were horrible. The room above us had children that constantly ran around their room in the middle of the night. The constant thumping made it impossible to sleep until they quieted down at 2am. We complained to the front desk but the clerk couldn't hear the noise from outside the upstairs room and wouldn't call or knock. All of the walls, floor, and ceiling are very thin and don't allow for much noise privacy.
