Review 1：location in red light district... the price at weekend increased

Review 2：the price at working day was low. there was a tea pot. location is near shopping places

Review 3：These guys robbed me. I checked in earlier than a fellow traveler and was told by the front desk that all my fellow traveler had to do to get into the room was tell them the room number. However, they failed to tell me that they only had one key and that I had to give it to the front desk when I left. So when my fellow traveler arrived, he was denied access to the room and instead was charged for a few hours in another room. When I received an email from him stating what had happen, I called the hotel to resolve the misunderstanding. In any other hotel, my travel buddy would have been comped the 2 or 3 hours he spent in the hotel room since it was their error. The manager was an asshole and should be fired. If you are ok with shady business practices, then by all means book with them. I, however, will never do business with these people ever again.

Review 4：everything about the gave me nothing bad bad experience, the room was smelly thats why we asked for room change. for some reason i feel disgusted sleeping in the room. $55 per night maybe cheap compare to other hotels but this room is definitely not worth for money. Me and my usually comes back at night, the room was not cleaned, towels were not change no bottled water were replenished until we called and requested for them. Such a nightmare!! ruined my impression about Singapore. I love everything i experience in sg but not this hotel!

Review 6：Very nasty. Hazardous for health. Major mould problem in entire 4th floor if not whole building. Unfit for business. Would be banned in Australia. Spend more money elsewhere don't risk your health!

Review 17：The wifi in 5th level is very poor, so we couldn't find a kiblat formuslim prayer. I already ask you guys to find the kiblat for us, thenyou guys told us to find it by ourself, but you recognise there was nowifi in 5th floor, please fix it for your next guests. No sitting at thelobby area.

Review 19：Air conditioner is too cold, its a central system. The blanket is too thin. I cannot close my window so I had to bring all my important valuables with me all the time when I'm not in room.

Review 27：The staff is not accomodating, during check-in i have to go down the lobby twice to make arrangement. The first room given was a mistake instead of 2 twin they gave a queen bed room. Then when i ask for extra pillows there is no available pillow. There is only 1 non-standard pillow available. During check-in, me and my sister were planning to shorten the booking but we were told that we need to pay penalty charge of one night if we did not complete our initial booking.Overall it is indeed some budget hotel at the red light district.

Review 44：It's a bit far from the cbd. Neigbourhood is really dirty, it doesn't feel like you're in Singapore. Bad smell throughout the hotel. No visitors allowed after 11pm, but apparently they make exceptions for men bringing prostitutes to their rooms.

There is more expensive thirty-five percent. they said it was the cost of taxes and services. Is it the price of the booking (dot) com has included everything? or is it because we were tourists, so they can increase the price that has been set? please correct me if im wrong! This is very detrimental to me if I am right and wont recomended to anyone for this hotel
