Review 1：- The cleanliness in the room is not good, linen was with some spots :((( - The restaurant, the tableware and furniture are dirty and required a very good cleaning. Food is poor, did not like at all, prices for such quality of food are very high. Breakfast for 5 star hotel is very very poor. - The beach is well equipped but the sea with many stones not sandy beach.

Review 2：-The spa is good, variety of offered massage and body/face treatment. it's value for money. -The swimming pool is also quite good. -The reception staff is friendly, english speaking and always ready to help.

Review 3：Check-in time is very badly, can not be 6pm :( all day dead, who wants to make check-in 6pm !!!!!!!, and they wants from customers check-out until 12pm ?????? big dilemma !!!!

Review 9：Very poor wifi. No pricelist in minibar. Bedsheets not changed by cleaner after 2 nights. We were told when we arrived that credit card machine was not working. After 4 days it was still not working so we had to pay cash on checkout. We were given a 'special' menu at the restaurant one evening by a waiter and although it was very good value we were told it was cash only and couldnt be charged to the room. we never received a receipt for this meal even though they charged the wine to our room that evening. The waiters were very eager for us to order from the cash only menu. The breakfast is very poor for a 5 star hotel. Realistically its a 4 star hotel.

Review 14：One of the most amazing places to stay so far. The personnel is extremely attentive and caring, even the maids. Welcoming and really friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast was well-served, all the dishes were replaced fast. The pool area is also very nice, the water is clean and there's always someone to refresh your drinks. And the beach service was also quite impressive. Delicious food at the restaurant and a great view from the food zone. I loved it.

Review 15：Noise from the restaurant nearby and music every single night. Small room and balcony, just enough to fit two chairs and a table. Small pool, in the photos looks way bigger. Dirty beach, cigarettes and sea grass.

Review 17：All staff in the restaurant needs to be seriously trained. If they pretend it to be a 5-star restaurant, waiters need to serve, move, clean and (chefs must) put together a menu that meets the expectations of a tourist eating in a 5-star restaurant.

Review 18：The location is great. The room looks nice, but it doesn't meet all criteria of a 5-star hotel. The staff at the reception was polite and helpful, but they don't talk to each other (if you make an appointment at the spa, you have to check yourself if it's still valid or not).

Review 19：- most annoying was the fact that the single coffee machine at breakfast is extremely slow. It takes forever to get a cup of coffee, especially if 1-2 persons are in front - in the room we received a personalized welcome note from the hotel which mentioned the name of another guest. - poor Wi-Fi signal, constantly on and off - we were asked to pay a higher price for a bottle of wine than that showed on the menu. The explanation was that the menu was not updated. - payment by card was not available neither in the restaurant nor at reception -limited parking places, not nearly enough for all guests if hotel is full

Review 25：Worst thing during our entire stay was the instant coffee offered for breakfast. I had better coffee in three star hotels in Romania. The juice and bread offered for breakfast could also be improved. The room is a bit small for a five star hotel.

Review 26：The private beach is great. Staff were always very helpful and attentive to your needs. Very clean room. A very nice view, even though we had a room with lateral view to the sea. The restaurant is great. They have a chef and an elaborate menu, which might leave some of the customers who appreciate "mititei" and steaks a bit unhappy.

Also, some days the table cloth was not too clean and there was food dropped on the floor that nobody cleaned. The hotel could use more parking space. Other than that, it is a very good 5 star hotel.

Review 28：Location is very good, the hotel has a nice little beach and a nice pool. The size of the room is good, it is very clean, also the services were very good. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was good, nice variety every day. The restaurant has good food, the prices are a little high, but as to be expected. It could improve the selection of desserts and their quality.

Review 52：Poor wifi signal in almost any place of the hotel needs improvements.Due to very low season we had no possibility of using SPA services (only sauna and fitness was available, no massage, etc.). I believe in high season fitness centre is too small for the number of guests, but on the other hand- who stays inside, when the weather is nice and water sports are there? :)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, paying all theattention to guests needs and exceeding the expectations. Hotel managermust have read the comments of last year visitors, as service differenceis easily noticeable. On the arrival we we were welcomed with freefruits in the room. The rooms are very clean, cleaning service comestwice a day, leaving swans made of towels, fresh flowers, they close thecurtains to keep your room not too hot when the sun is high,etc. Anyrequest of ours was met, we were served always with a smile. Everytimewe entered pool area, there was waiter welcoming us and asking if thereis anything he can help.Free wifi, free monitored parking, atm locatedin the hotel, free beach towels and blankets, free pier entrance, beachchair. A real 5* service and value for the money! We would stronglyrecommend the hotel to everyone!Note: our stay was just before the season, which additionally made our stay in the hotel very relaxing. But be aware that in low season there are few shops open around and they offer just very basic products (however the shop located closest to hotel had the best offer!)

Review 54：The owner of the hotel celebrated his birthday during our stay and access to the pool has been cancelled. During couple of days the hotel and facilities have been used by the owner and his friends. Including local music bands playing loud some strange music...

Review 56：The service can be pretty bad. Don't go if you don't have some sense of humour. The staff is nice but they can say and do really crazy stuff for a five star hotel. There was no table and chair in the room. The wifi was badly configured and at times you could not connect. There is no ATM at the hotel or in Venus.

Review 57：Hotel was newly renovated, very clean with a great pool with salt water. Nice location directly on the beach. I thought food in the restaurant was good despite what other comments I read. The rooms on the right have a nice seaview. If yo go when it is not crowded it can be a very nice relaxing experience.

Review 58：I think they need to improve the services, especially for therestaurant. We waited 40 minutes to order the food, and there were 2waiters for 3 tables, which was annoying. People from the staff seemedall new and without training for a 5 star hotel. But that can beimproved with a little work.
