Review 1：The air con was difficult to control. The temperature control in our room did not work and only reception could turn it on or off. It meant that we felt too hot or too cold rather often!
Review 2：The location was great and the staff very able to recommend good places to go to eat locally.
Review 3：The bathroom is too small. The sink is located in the area near to the shower, so younhave to stand next to the sink while taking shower.

Review 5：the room is too small but at least so near from Seven Eleven, MRT & Bus Station. the bed in my room is lil' bit dirty, the bed cover isn't that clean. so much different between fact and the photos on website.

Review 14：It's a basic hotel. I think I underestimated what can be offered at $140/night in the Middle Road, Bugis area. It's also trick y for hailing a cab, but reception will happily call one.

Challenge in case of fire.
Review 37：Location is good, very near Bugis Junction and Suntec City. We requestedfor late check out and they let us stay till 1:00 pm. Towels are betterthan other 2 star hotels. Simple rooms but clean. Get the deluxe roomsince they have all all glass panel windows facing Bugis Junction.
Review 38：the staffs are friendly and would suggest the best way to go around in Singapore, Location wise-7/11 is just next door,lots of restaurants, bus/taxi station is in front, train station is just 5 mins away, money changer is in the next street, cheap yet the room is good. wifi is excellent if you are there to travel then this is the best hotel for you :)
Review 39：Bed causes itch. Can hear everything outside door. Even a plastic unwrapping i could here when sleeping. How staff handled a complain was bad. Complained about the itchiness when sleeping on bed. Bad recovery. Staff during check in was in such bad temper. Just frowned and not welcoming AT ALL.

Review 56：Excellent location to have food, shopping, MRT all within a pleasant walking distance. So convenient that you can be in and out from Hotel to Malls a number of times each day.
Review 57：I expected better for the rooms. The review didnt mention the rooms are windowless. the floor of my room was always in wet condition. Maybe there's a leak somewhere. So i had to lay a towel on the floor to keep my feet dry. Cannot turn off the AC when it was too cold, and the temperature was hardly adjustable. But the worst part is somehow housekeeping didnt clean the room thoroughly. During my 2 day stay, there's a cigarette butt on top of the toilet roll but housekeeping seem to miss it. It made my bathroom smell.
Review 58：Stayed here because had to attend and exhibition in Suntec so location-wise is the best. Only 5 mins walk to Suntec city. And 7-11 is right next door, and for a quick meal Subway is accross the street. Other than location, the staff was very friendly. The front desk officer was really helpful every time i ask for directions.
Review 59：I was disappointed as to why guest were not provided with a coin laundry facility which could be assessed for 24h. I happen to stay here for a totAl of 8 days and had to travel to find a coin laundry to take care of laundry needs
