Review 1：The host was super nice. He offered us additional help/services if needed and was helpful with ideas of the places we should see. He even rented us his ski equipment. Location is ideal, ski slopes are literraly ending at the front yard of a house and spa facility is right next to it. Besides there is a sauna in the house (there is some extra cost but you can enjoy private sauna time). Highly recomended.

Review 3：The owner is very friendly and kind. Very well-equipped kitchen and all other stuff in rooms. Nice balcony. Close to supermarket and there is great bicycle track passing though the settlement. We stayed there for 5 nights and were satisfied.

Review 4：Everything was absolutely great. The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Having two toilets was very convenient as we were a group of friends. The view from the balcony was stunning.The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked about directions and things to do. I am highly recommending this hotel to everybody!

Review 5：I went to Kranjska Gora for outdoor activity – like most people, I suppose. The rooms were pretty basic, but very clean and completely practical. The kitchen had all the needed equipment, in great condition. And the location is fantastic – an easy walk downtown, and walking distance to some amazing mountain hiking and river swimming. Matjaz Podgorsek, the proprietor, is a really nice guy, and very generous with good local advice about where to eat, where to hike and how to have fun.

Review 9：We booked a studio but Matjaz the owner upgraded us to a full apartment ..no extra charges. He even made suggestions of what to do considering we are seniors. The view was scenic, shops so near and the bus stop nearby.

Review 11：Just about everything, just remember if you need a lift from the airport they do charge circa 80 euros each way, but it's cheaper than a taxi and far less hassle. The complementary beers on the first night were really welcome as we arrived at 11pm.

Review 15：Upon booking our 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) apartment stay at Vijolica, I assumed that we would have gotten what was advertised and what we thought we booked. When we showed up to the address of the apartment we were met by the owner and moved into the larger more family orientated property up the road. Our group consisted of 2 young couples and we were forced to spend 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with bunk beds in one room and a 2 single beds in the other. When we asked about the bed arrangement, we were told that all of the rooms are the same, which isn't true according to their website. The only shower in the apartment had very little water pressure and was often blasting cold water. Which is not ideal after a day on the slopes. There was only a hand held shower head as well, which is mounted about 4' off the ground. You can imagine the disappointment of my 6'4" friend. The other main disappointment was that the free WiFi signal wasn't strong enough on the top floor and so we were unable to connect to it. No onsite staff was a bit confusing as well. There was no one at the property to assist the guests with anything. When we called the owner for help booking a transfer back to Ljubljana, he wasn't even in town!

Review 21：One annoying issue: the water boiler was too small for 4 showers in a row. So we had to schedule our showers to allow time to re-heat the water. But I still recommend the apartment and would book it again!

Review 22：To say the truth, I was completely happy with the place even before I saw the apartment. The owner met us outside the building and sat down with us with maps, to tell us about the area and what we can do. He has real passion for nature and is eager for others to experience the beauty of the surrounding. As long as we followed his recommendations we had wonderful days. He is also happy to help with any problem and give additional information. We stayed 5 nights at the apartment with our 2 daughters. It was excellent – very spacious (with 2 toilets), well equipped, many closets, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view from the porch. Location is good, a few minutes' walk to the restaurants and shops. We were very happy with Kranjska Gora as a base to explore the wonderful Slovenian nature.

Review 23：here is a lot of activity you can do, cycling, hiking, skiing... personel of apartments gives you all information about it and of course is guide for free :) area around apartments is really nice. Fresh moutain air :)

Review 24：When we arrived there was no one was there to welcome us or give us the keys and luckily other guest helped us to get the keys. On the check out we also didn't see person in charge.

Review 28：Actually the wifi turned to be the biggest pain, the signal varied across the appartment from excellent ( lobby, toilet) through so-so (bedrooms) to lousy ( kitchen, living room). Having said that..yes, it needs a fix, but hey, look outside the window a get the hell out into the nature, it is sooooo awesome

Review 60：Some of the kitchen utensils were not fully clean. The floor and the carpets need to be thoroughly cleaned-it seemed that my feet blackened slightly after walking barefoot. The kitchen was missing an over, even though there was microwave. The shower, which also comprises a bathroom, was a bit small, and it's moving door wouldn't fully close. The result is that the apartment tenants are forced to listen to whatever is going on inside. Although the nights were cold and rainy, the central heating system was not turned on. The area around the window frameworks at the kitchen and bedroom was peeling off, probably due to penetration of moisture from the outside.

Review 61：This apartment hotel enjoys a rather quiet location yet within a stone throwing distance from the center of Kranjska Gora. The maid provided instructions how to operate the washing machine and the dryer at no additional cost. Aside form the main bedroom, which has a double bed, the living room has a single bed to accommodate another person. Throughout our stay we enjoyed full privacy-the hotel was totally empty and we didn't even get to see the owners in person, only spoke by phone and SMS.
