Review 1：They're closed until 3 on Sunday's and arrived at 12.30. Nasty part of town to wander in if nothing is open. Girl in rec couldn't ck us in, had to wait for a guy to come later.

Review 3：I wish the bathroom was cleaner. I know there is a lot of people use the same bathroom. So I understand it can be difficult to keep it clean.

Review 5：Quite a hefty pricing for sheet rentals. We had our own but I´d happily to pay a little extra if sheets were included.

Review 6：Surprised in a good way. Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk to amazing beach front with restaurants etc. (must see). Next to the hotel there is a playground.

Review 7：We told them in advance that we were a couple and we needed a double bed but we had two single beds instead of one double bed.

Review 8：The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean (even though they were communal bathrooms) and breakfast was served everyday. The WiFi was pretty fast and they had a lot of English programs on TV.

Review 10：It's a great value for money, the location was also exactly what we needed and the staff was the most helpful letting us leave the backpacks for half of a day after the check out. Overall it was a good place for sure sure.

Review 11：We arrived this hotel later than the closing hour of reception in this hostel. Through "Emergency" call, I got the key to my room. I am not satisfied with two things: when I am booking, I have estimated the time I will arrive, the hostel has enough time to inform me how to get the key. But I have to use emergency call. Second, because I am later, so I cannot get the linen and tower (you have to pay for it), this is absoluately not acceptable. Next morning, I cannot get breakfast in time. I guess some staff did not appear in time and we have to wait for nearly one hour.

Review 12：Pet friendly, 24 hour access with a room key access, located on waterfront, Main Street location, walking distance to fast food stores which are open late, next to a nice park to walk dogs or sit outside.

Review 13：Toilets were dirty, foodstains on the door and floor was wet All the time (shower was in different room, so it couldn't be wather from showering). On the first floor could hearty everybody camping and going.

Review 14：Hostel is just few minutes wald away from railway, bus and ferrystations as also from "old town". Rooms are new and clean, staff nice and Breakfast good. Fridge on the room.

Review 15：Too expensive with this grade of hotels(narrow room, common shower and toilet...). You need extra money to have your own sheets and towels.

Review 16：You can walk to the hotel and the way is very easy to find. Breakfast is good to be full, there are tasty bread. 駅からわかりやすく歩けるのでラク。朝食も北欧はやっぱりパンとバターがおいしいな、と思う内容でした。

Review 17：Extra charge for bed linen, 60SEK per person, the price is fair, but bed linen has strong smell of washing liquid, towel feels hard, it looks like being washed 1000+ times.

Review 19：We mistakenly ordered in Helsingborg Sweden and we meant Helsingor Denmark. The Cityvandrarhemmet did not agree to cancel our reservation so we took a ferry to there. They could have been more helpful. In the end it was nice.

Review 21：The staff were very helpful. My son locked his keycard in his room one night and we called the emergency number and were talked through instructions to locate a spare card, then, hey presto, he was able to return to his room.

Review 22：Clean, close to the train/ferry terminal, breakfast was nice to have. We arrived after 6 p.m., called reception in advance, they gave us instructions and left the keys. There was no problem. One cannot ask more from a hostel.

Review 23：only downside is the reception closes really early, 6pm but if you say when you book then you get access codes so not really a problem!

Review 25：Incredibly tight check in time schedule of only a few hours before 6pm! Bedding and towels were an extra 60kr. An unstaffed reception after 7pm meant I went without. Shower is ridiculous. Lights turn off automatically due to motion sensors.

Review 28：The staff was very polite and helpful. We brought our own sheets for the beds and that was no problem. There was a free WIFI and a TV and a fridge in our room. Only 7-8 rooms at our floor and three toilets and two showers, very clean and tidy. The location is also very good, in just walking distance from the central station.

We wrote email about this - till todaytherevis no answer and no word like eg sorry

Review 69：For a hostel, fantastic standard - more like a hotel room. TV and fridge in the room. Shared bathroom facilities, but that is what a hostel is. I checked in in the middle of the night using a personal code sent to me in advance, to unlock a key-box. It all worked just as it should! Esp. with breakfast included it is very very good value for money.

Review 71：- at the city center, close to the port. - all was well organized. We arrived late, left early, didn't see anyone from the staff, but all went fine. - very helpfull staff, replying to all my 'nagging' mails.

Review 72：That you have to pay fro sheets, as this is not cleared in the information when booking. The short hours reception is opened. And that to arrive after 6pm, the telephone number using is very expensive, it should be a ordinary mobile number or a ordinary landline.

Review 74：Everything in and about the hostel was very nice, but in our room the window wouldn't close properly. Even though we turned on the heats the room remained cold! There were probably only 10 degrees, likely less, in the room. We all froze the whole night and we all caught a cold. There was a TV but apparently they didn't have enough money to exchange a broken bed.
