Review 20：With a little more eye for detail it could be great instead of good. For Russian standards ut is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I liked it but still it took way too long to check out, for example and they are not very flexible when it comes to out of the ordinary requests, some more focus on the guest and (pro)active help, when explaining spa or dining possibilities and I would rate it excellent.

Review 21：Friendly staff, great location although taxi drivers might not know where it because it is very new, so make sure you remember the adress. The decoration in the hotel is not really my style, lots of shiny stuff and gold coloured details, but it has been done quite tastefully. This hotel is much better than for example the Don Plaza which is more well known. The rooms in Izvolte are very good, clean and comfortable, large bath and shower, good wifi, etc. Food was of the highest standards and they even had my fav single malt.

Review 22：Lack of a study desk or work surface for one to work on. There were also only one power socket in the room. There is definitely not enough power points where one can charge up electronics gadgets essential for modern life

Review 23：This is a boutique hotel with very distinctive period decorations throughout the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Spa facility is particularly good. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 24：I was in business trip in Rostov, I was enjoyed to be in this modern luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly and decided all my wishes. I had big and very comfortable room. The Spa is very comfortable and absolutely new. The gourmet restaurant was delicious, with the chef from Austria!!!!! The best fitness center. And this all the main center in Rostov!!!!!! The best Hotel, which I have ever seen in Russia, absolutely recommended!!!

Review 25：The breakfast is very very poor. No choise. Only a la carte, but noteverything is always available. Only russian speaking staff in therestaurant. I stayed on the 4th floor. No elevator. Not 4 star standard.
