Review 1：Staff was excellent and spoke and understood English better than any other hotel I've stayed at in Anatolia. There was an unsolvable issue with a running water pipe, but they handled it well.
Review 2：Could not control the water temperature in the shower (without any movement of handle, the water went from EXTREME hot to EXTREME cold, and back to HOT). The reception was warned about the problem, they only took the room number, but nothing had changed in the remaining 2 days of my stay. One day the room maid only refilled the minibar, but had not changed the towels, bed sheets nor cleaned anything. Only after a complaint at the reception this was done. In general, the staff of the hotel is unexperienced and insufficient for a hotel of this expected reputation, as Divan, to make the guest feel comfortable. In the breakfast restaurant, the guest must move away to let the waiter walk by, instead of opposite.
