Review 2：Very glad to stay here , according to my request , the room on the top floor , view from the room facing the street , I really like it and from the toilet can look out . a very strategic location to go to Bukit Bintang street.

Review 5：- The breakfast choices are not that much. - The sink is located in the room and not in the bathroom, so the room floor is somehow wet after every hand or face wash.

Review 7：I didn't get 2 single beds as requested for during my booking. The room looks a little small . There was no stirrer provided with the cup hence we can't make any hot drinks. One of the face towel was not replenished when they were doing Housekeeping .

Review 8：It's near the shopping area and Jalan Alor food street. Transportation was accessible .. The hotel is very unique and different from the usual hotels I stayed and I could easily locate the hotel from a distance. The security guard helped us carry the luggage to the lobby area without us asking him to do so. Kudos!!

Review 11：The 3rd floor that we stay is so lousy with music and the reception is not helpful when i said i need to get another extra key for my husbanf due to my husband has to go down to lobby for smoking frequently as the room is prohibited smoking. So that i Request one more key for my husband and promise to put deposit to get the extra key. However the receptionist ,a indian girl but i forgot her name, she keeped refuse to issue new card. She is not giving me a solution until her colleague said can put any card inside the key hole.

Review 12：The rooms are already a bit tired, the toilet area is smaller than hotels in Tokyo and the cleaning standards are somewhat lacking. The automated air fresheners make the corridors smell like public toilets.

Review 19：The most I like about the hotel is the location because its very near to the shopping spree (Eg.Pavilion,Lot 10,Fahrenheits and even the Bukit Bintang subway).The concept and interior design of the hotel is unique and very chic style for young couples. The tour les jours cafe below the hotel was great as it has a great ambience and nice to chill out.

Review 20：I stayed in Room 509 and the toilet started to smell after the first flush. After that flush, the toilet acted as a stink emitter. The room would smell whenever the toilet door is opened. It seems as if the toilet in my room was the floor's central waste plumbing system, resulting in all of the waste's unpleasant odours being concentrated in one place. Would be way more better, if the toilet's cleanliness had not been so poor.

Review 22：What i dont like from the hotel is the breakfast.. Not much options for the breakfast.. You get only plain spaghetti, roast vegetable n potatoes.. The good side is only the croissant.. It tastes really nice.. Hopefully the management will improve the breakfast..

Review 24：My wife and I stayed at this hotel in February 2015. We booked a standard room. This time I travelled with my teen daughters and I booked two "our big room". But to my great surprise, one room was smaller. When I inquired they tried to convince me but I knew that I paid for a room that I didn't get. I will never book this hotel again. Moreover the second room was ready after 15:00.

Review 52：Rooms were not ready when check-in at 3.20 pm. No parking at hotel and it cost a lot to park overnight at Lot 10. Requested for rooms next to one another during booking weeks ago but were given rooms which were quite a distance apart, on the same floor though. Rooms were rather small but well equipped. Housekeeping was poor as one of the rooms (Room 506) are not provided with pillows although there were two over-sized headboard pillows, which are more for decorative purposes. They also left out the inner sheet (for hygiene purpose) between the duvet cover and bed sheet and lotion was not provided for this room. Breakfast spreads were of limited choice.

Review 56：We got a smaller room than the one we had booked and the manager just said they were completely full that day and would not be able to allot us a room that we had actually paid for. He blamed it on a glitch with the booking.com request, which sounded rather fishy. He did compensate us with a bigger room for the following night but it wasn't really helpful for us as we had to catch an early morning flight and ended up barely spending about 4 hours in the bigger room.

Review 57：Stupid policies. Had to borrow sole bottle opener from housekeeping while standing at the room door to open the bottles because they cannot loan out the bottle opener. Breakfast is free but terribly pathetic. Felt like they were giving us the leftovers from Tour les Jours instead of giving us first pick. A lot of wear and tear in the room's furniture. Cool vibe dampened by lack of maintenance. Stayed on 12th floor but can hear the honking from the busy Jalan Bukit Bintang downstairs at night. Walls are very thin. Could hear the water flowing down in the pipes when neighbours flush the toilet or used the sink.

The room was small and the shower room, toilet, and sink were at 3 separate places in the room which was really inconvenient. Otherwise the hotel and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast had not much tempting to offer.

Review 60：Location is the main benefit for booking this facility. A walk out of hotel will take you to Bukit Bintang or the famous Pavillion mall. The food that you get after 5 minutes of walk is amazing. All sorts or facilities are available nearby. Taxi, bus and metro all are accessible as soon as you step out of the hotel. The ambiance of hotel is thriving and young with energetic music paying all day. The facility is nice overall.

Review 61：Apart from day outing, bed is the place where we spent most of our time when we get bk room at night.. Disappointed with the quality of bed and cause me a lot of back pain after I wake up the next day..

Review 81：The bed up against the wall was too small. I am tall and didn't fit well, but also my smaller girlfriend found the bed too small. Arranging the taxi to the airport was strange. The reception called us a taxi and I'm pretty sure a friend/acquaintance was called and the meter was covered and they quoted a flat rate. I think we only paid €3-4 extra then a metered fare so didn't bother arguing but I don't think the hotel should arrange such a taxi to take advantage of tourists

Review 110：The hotel has a weird design; looks and sounds like a club. The lobby area especially is very loud and there's a strong perfume smell present. In our first room we could hear the loud music from the lobby so they moved us to a higher floor. This second room had a leakage, so they then upgraded us to a bigger room. The small rooms were very small, but the big room was nice.

Prefer bright and lighted environment which naturally becomes friendly. Would be better if Reception is on ground floor. Sliding wall blocking washing sink when open into closet, and vise versa, causing inconvenience if both people using both areas. TV too close to bed or person.

Review 127：Some of the rooms are inward facing so you get no sunlight. Therefore it was hard to tell if you'd had a good nights rest or if you'd only slept for a few hours, it just felt slightly unnatural. Booking a taxi to the airport is a flat 110RM as the hotel will not help you call other providers which is understandable but slightly irritating if you do not have your own sim handy.

Review 128：The hotel was located just a stones throw away from Pavilion shopping mall and Lot10 is just across the road. There are money changers close by and in Pavilion which gives good exchange rates. 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor and 20 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers. Lastly, their buffet breakfast is a hit and a miss, sometimes can be decent, sometimes just average, not amazing but not the worst.

Review 129：I got a large room with window, very clean but still too small, you can hardly move around especially if you have too many bags. Restroom, shower and wash basin each put at a different corner which I did not like at all.

Review 130：This hotel is one of those where you I am willing to pay for convenience rather than amenities, it is located at one of the busiest touristic intersections, within walking distance to the best and largest shopping malls in towns, twin towers and restaurants. I spent 3 nights in KL fully engaged with no need for a TAXI except to/from the airport.

Review 139：the room was not clean, as the bed sheet had stains and i called to ask for house keeping to change, they came after several calls. the 2nd day the kept bed sheet with more stains so had to call their manager so they came fast and changed it, between the bed and window was full of dust every time they clean the room they dont clean that area.
